My stay was very pleasant, the accommodations are very nice, anytime I requested something it was provided. The staff are very mindful of our comfort and needs.

I think families with children need to be reminded that yelling and screaming and running up and down the halls is not allowed in the hotel.. Some folks are very disrespectful of others and let their children do whatever they want.. It interrupts the peace and comfort of the other guests..... Just an observation.... Some guests, like myself, are working while in our hotel rooms, and it is a huge disruption, thank goodness for noise canceling ear phones..

Exceptionally nice property with very helpful and efficient staff. Check-in took less than 3 minutes and room was very nice. Decent coffee maker, comfortable beds and two decent chairs.

A bit off the beaten path, but worth it. Routed by Google maps was not very direct, but finding such a nice property made it worth it. As is usual, the AC was a bit annoying. Happy to have earplugs.

It was beautiful and easy to access!! Staff was friendly.

I wasn’t given any information on pool times or what time breakfast was served, nor was the information posted in the room. I had to look up the breakfast information in my booking and walk down to the pool to see the times it was open. Also, it said I had a “garden view” where is the garden exactly. I was above the putting green and had a view of the city(ish).

Beautiful hotel in a great location! I would highly recommend staying here if in the Topeka area. The lobby is beautiful and we enjoyed having a place to hang and visit. The staff was wonderful!

Breakfast is not included. $18 is a little much for a casual hotel breakfast.

The beds, the bathroom amenities, the blackout shades, available in room coffee/ fridge/microwave, free coffee in lobby was really good, very nice place& good location.

There was a horizontal handle on the vanity the tv was on. The handle came off in my hand when opened the cabinet door. The fridge was not cold enough. A metal piece fell off from the rail attachment at the top of the bathroom door when my sister slid it closed.

Everything was wonderful. We were there during the week so the pool and hot tub were empty which was nice.

Wanted to charge me for our breakfast which was all cold. Who I booked thru which was booking.com was not to offer free breakfast. She apologized and gave it to me for free. I think the hotel could offer something hot for their guests and not charge them for the cold breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, scr. egg and breakfast meat. Anything.

I was not impressed with price of the breakfast buffet. $18 for the same type of food that you get at other hotels as part of the complimentary breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast, cereal, etc).

Breakfast was good but pricy. It would have been better if there had been more options. We have had some good free breakfasts in our stays at other facilities over the past few months of traveling we have done.

Hotel is only a few years old, everything is still nice and clean. Very well kept. Rooms were very nice, bed was comfortable.

Couple of things we didn’t like was, breakfast doesn’t start being served until 7am, and since we had to get up early and leave we weren’t able to eat the free continental breakfast. When checking out we asked for a printed receipt and the young girl working the desk was extremely rude and said because we booked it online they couldn’t print us out one. I’m not really sure if that is a new “thing” with Booking.com, but I’ve used them MANY times and have always received a printed receipt from the hotel we’ve stayed at.

Your bartender didn’t know when to stop pouring a customer and she was really really drunk and was a disruption to our dinner.
