I loved the check in, the lobby was welcoming, cold water and infused fruit water by front desk was very nice after a long drive. Scheduled through booking. Com. Noticed some rooms don't come with a private toilet? But my room did, I did not have to pay Xtra I loved the room setup, king room with door separating a pullout couch with separate tv..

Although the rooms have little soft surfaces, the couch pillows and upholstery may need cleaning. Noticed an unclean smell in room, also, bedding had a slight odor, like they have been sitting in a closet. Recommend using bleach if you do not, to really get those bedding odors out. Otherwise the room appeared clean.

I went down early for breakfast on the first day. I expected a bigger variety. The eggs were overcooked and cold. I was disappointed that coffee/tea was unavailable through out the day. The tv did not work in my room. Night desk clerk was quick to respond but unable resolve the problem. Next morning manager resolved the tv issue promptly. Guests next to my room had a whole gang of very noisy kids and ran the halls until midnight. I did not report it to the manager because I did not want the people to belligerent which felt probably would happen based on their overall behavior. Room was clean and adequately appointed.

Excellent value for the room we received (I must have booked on a slow night). Plenty of space. Free breakfast was fine for being included (premade scrambled eggs, sausage patties, ubiquitous waffle maker, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc.).

The parking lot is small so we had to park a short distance away. I felt uneasy not being able to see my vehicle and having to walk through two parking lots to get to my car. The floor was vinyl which is less "cozy" than carpet but probably more sanitary.

The facility was very easy to locate and was well kept and clean . The room was plenty large enough and was well furnished , the bed was comfortable .

Parking was a premium , the lot filled quickly . I walked to get dinner as I was concerned to not have a place to park if I had driven . There were several cars double parked in the morning when I left due to the lack of spaces . It did not help that two large motor homes were parked across multiple places but obviously management did not see fit to address it as they stayed that way all night .

We stayed here both coming and going to Utah from Ohio…10 years ago! We recreated our stop on the way home this time, and it didn’t disappoint. Credit to the consistency of your organization

It was very nice and clean. Staff was super nice when we checked in. It was fun to see the pool table Breakfast was not bad and was appreciated.

The bathroom doors were loud when they slammed shut and would not stay open. The room next to ours had the same door issue and woke me up in the middle of the night because they are so dang loud when shut. You might want to fix that. The maid was yelling down the hall at 8am which I thought was extremely unprofessional, people were still sleeping “my husband”. the check in staff were amazing

When we stand Topeka on our vacation or visiting family we usually stay at country inn, we've stayed the last 4 years when we come to visit where there be a short or long visit

We stayed in a relatively higher room this time didn't hear that much from the pool so yes but a better stay

The location just off 70 is great and easy to find if you're on a long cross-country drive. There's also a Burger King next door for the tired traveler to get a quick dinner. The room was comfortable and quiet; the sounds of traffic were muted and didn't disturb me in the night. I had a little trouble with the door key card when I checked in, and the woman at the desk was helpful in re-coding it so I could get in. And thank you for the cookie at the check in desk!

I was disappointed that the pool was closed and undergoing refurbishment. If I'd stayed longer, I would have taken up the offer to go over to swim at the other hotel run by the same company.

Laken at checkin was great. Extra care for us recovering from surgery. Room upgrade from Booking was perfect. Breakfast very good.

Ho tub down but not expected anyway. Inn could use sprucing up but exceeded rating. Staff noted a sink issue that was minor (aerator not threaded in properly) for future correction.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had thw suite had lots of space for a family of 4. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were enough linens in the room and extra were provided. Though we did not use it, the pool seemed wonderful.

Coffee at breakfast was watery.
