The room itself was decent but the breakfast was not much. I planned on eating breakfast at the hotel before hitting the road but the only thing available were sausage links and waffles, I only had a few sausage links as the waffle maker was down. I tried the orange juice they had and immediately needed to throw it away. The hotel itself was not bad, room fairly clean and I felt safe in the area, but I would recommend just skipping the breakfast altogether at the location.

The room was pretty clean, albeit older looking, but my priority is on it feeling clean. I felt relatively safe in the parking lot. The walls in the shower were definitely not the cleanest, albeit not to the point where I swore off the shower as I had shower shoes. I would recommend completely skipping the breakfast.

loved the big screen tv! That as the best of it and the pressure of the shower.

It was clean,,, except for the carpet.. it felt like it had sticky stuff on it. Definitly would not walk around without socks on. When i had booked the room i had stated that i would arrive earlier in the morning to start my stay earlier. The email said i would be accomedated when i arrived. When i got there i was charged $40 for early check in. Just wish that i was told that and i would of paid for it before i had arrived instead of being caught off guard for it,.

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious!! Location was great and close to so many stores and restaurants!

The water pressure was very weak in the sink and toilet. When we pulled the bedding back, the bottom sheet had stains on it and we weren't sure if they were stains or the bed wasn't changed from last customer. We were too tired to call the front desk to ask for clean sheets so we slept on top of the blanket.

The cards kept losing their ability to unlock our door twice we had to get them redone. There was paint stripped off of the door jamb in the bathroom The front door on the inside had a big scratch where the paint had been removed and the door lock was very tacky looking.

The room was clean and very comfortable for what we needed it for. We had a great night's sleep and it was conveniently located. Only 25 min away from our destination.

The tv channels were very limited so watching tv was limited as well.

I liked that prior to my arrival, issues which might have concerned me, due to my reading of prior reviews, did not as it seems the new management had been and are making efforts to improve the facility.

The Wi-fi connection can drop on my laptop and phone, though reconnecting is easy.

The location was close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff helped quickly when we had an issue with the heating and cooling system. Staff was quick and friendly.

Nothing really was something I didn't like. I was just disappointed there wasn't any meats for the breakfast.

Great Employees Sean really went above and beyond for me. It mentre alot being so far from home. Tha k you for making me feel safe.

Large clean room, comfortable bed, good shower (loved the shelf space!), soft towels, long desk, strong wifi. Miles at the front desk was super helpful—he’s a real gem!

There were no towel racks—very inconvenient not to be able to hang towels. There’s room for a bar next to the sink so guests wouldn’t have to deal with damp towels set on the vanity, especially since there’s limited space around the sink. Also, this property continues the outdated practice of putting a decorative pillow on the bed. Guests tend to put them on the floor and it’s very unsanitary to then set them on freshly laundered sheets. Almost all hotels have stopped doing this and this one should too. Overall our room was very nice but changing these 2 things would improve guest comfort.

Clean and comfortable

I didn’t appreciate the man knocking on my door at 10:57 asking me if I was checking out when I had indicated when I checked out online that I would be leaving at 11:00. I would understand it if it was 11:15 or something.
