The staff was so kind and helpful when I needed an early check-in due to staying in an awful hotel the night before. The two girls up front were lovely women and so helpful. The whole staff went above and beyond if we needed anything! The room was clean and comfy. Location was awesome, close to everything. Loved my stay here and so did my teens. Thank you guys!

I've had bad luck with the cleanliness of the four prior hotels I stayed in in Topeka over the last few years, so I spent $20 more for this hotel, and it was quite clean and worth it! I like the lighting in the room. In addition to the normal lighting, the lighting at the desk is fantastic, which usually isn't the case.

Rooms were large and roomy with great closet and storage space, much better than expected. I also liked the breakfast---just my kind of breakfast.

Location was a little hard to find, but parking was good and plentiful. Took a while to get the breakfast process going---there appeared to be a staffing shortage. Was great when more staff came to help.

Breakfast offerings were over-priced. We went elsewhere. The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with convenient floor plan. Location was handy to the highway and many offerings.

Shower curtain was so long I feared to trip on it. Please cut off 3-5" or raise the curtain rod. Strong light and strong glasses were required to see which pumper was Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash. Better labeling needed.

The staff provided excellent customer service. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location is very close to many restaurants and retail stores.

This hotel does not offer free breakfast.

Over charged 2x -still awaiting my refund from the second charge that was charged to my account in June despite an April stay. Very frustrating!

I had a make up mirror! Great addition! And make up wash cloths! Never had this in any other motels. Missed having a hair dryer. Overall a great stay while my husband was in the hospital with open heart surgery. Thanks

The staff makes a hotel. From the minute ypu walk in until you leave. The staff at this Marriott was excellant. From the front desk to the Bristro. Everything was perfect. Thank you for an enjoyable night.
