Very clean hotel inside and out. Lots of amenities. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The desk clerk was very gracious and hospitable and gave a courtesy call for breakfast, which was great. Lots to choose from and delicious. Will be our place to stay when we are in town.

The location was very good. Right off main highway. The room was clean and a good size. I arrived early, but the front desk was very helpful to let me check in once the room was ready.

I am disabled and there were only 2 handicap spots for the entire hotel. When I arrived back that night, the entire front lot was full. I had to park in back and walk around to the entrance.

Breakfast was great. The rooms were nice and clean. Location was easy to find and close to gas station and other amenities.

The room cost us about $30 more than we'd paid at a nicer hotel the night before in Oklahoma so that was disappointing.

Nice, very warm pool, clean room, Keurig pot was great, comfortable.

Broken chair in room, slanted room, you could feel the unevenness and see the tiles popping, need a light above the coffee station.

The hotel was a very good value. Super clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The manager was very pleasant and extremely helpful. (Of course, that is not surprising since everyone in Kansas is nice and friendly!) The complementary breakfast was much better than you normally get, with cheesy egg casserole, pancakes, cinnamon rolls (tasted homemade) and very good coffee.

As soon as you walk in, you notice the hotel smells wonderful. Young man with the glasses at the front desk was professional and pleasant. Our room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable. We got the king room with the spa tub and it was totally worth it. The pool was clean and actually heated! It was a great temperature, our morning swim was fantastic. Breakfast was awesome, actual hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, a pancake machine and eggs.

The key cards have trouble working in the door scanners which is annoying but fine.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was just the right temp to keep things cold without freezing things. Check in was easy and friendly.

The heater in our room wasn't working correctly, but it was repaired immediately. The pillows were too soft. They did not support your head or neck even when you stacked 2 together.

It was very clean and we stayed in for ball tournament and we had a 4 hours break when checkout was at 11 they accommodated till 1 . After our first game . Great customer service.

Nothing to complain about

Friendly staff. The included breakfast was pretty good. Hotel is close to the amphitheater so that was awesome.

I'm not that picky but had a lamp in our room next to the bed that had a usb plug which didn't work. Very minor as all the others were fine.

Clean and comfortable! (coffee machine, microwave, two table sets, spacious room, bath supplies, charger, tv, etc.)

Noisy location. (Next to the highway.)
