Good breakfast, Good Jacuzzi, wonderful and accommodating staff, good bed, large room, everything worked, Cold refrigerator, Freezer froze stuff, WI-FI good, enough lights and outlets.

WHO SELECTED THEIR TELEVISION PROGRAMING>??? (I'll bet it wasn't anyone who watches tv.) that was the only dent in the armor. Really, if I get into a room and want to watch tv, I want a wide range of stations all displayed before me so I can choose. On another screen let me select the streaming stuff. Limit the advertizing. Gee wiz. I am already at the hotel.

The water was VERY HARD. You need to have a water softener installed, that works.

We have stayed at this property before several times. We have always found it to be clean, and the beds very comfortable. This trip we experienced an emergency visit to the hospital. This hotel worked with us on extending our stay by a day, staying in the same room. It was much appreciated.

The bathroom sink faucet is placed too far back so you can’t get hand under it and displaces water on the sink area. I would like a hook to hang clothes on back of door and there were no bars to hang wet towels.

The staff could not have been better.. especially the front desk staff… was so nice and helpful. Breakfast area and food was very nice

Much construction, but the young man at the desk was so positive and excited about the upgrade, we forgot all about it.

The atmosphere felt modern and cozy and the staff were friendly, especially the young man working the desk in the evenings.

The pool was not good at all. Water too cold, pool and hot tub both dirty, and the deep end of the pool is like 2 feet long. Great for non-swimmers, not great for swimming. The beds were also not comfortable.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Every area of the facilities we visited such as the lobby, pool, breakfast room, etc, were very clean and welcoming. The pool area was very nice and breakfast phenomenall. I had a slight issue with parking and the staff was very quick to help me find a solution. Fantastic service!

Everything was nice and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

All of the lights and lamps were quite bright. It would have been nice to have a dimmer lamp by the bed.

overall my room was clean however there was a stain on the wall. The room was also missing the tv guide.
