The breakfast was very good. Everything was well stocked and staff was available to resupply. Basic hotel breakfast. No hot water when we wanted to make tea. Not sure why it was taking a long time. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants, movie theater, and shopping.

There wasn't a bottle of shower gel/soap in the shower with the conditioner and shampoo. When we asked the clerk in the morning, she acted like she didn't understand what we wanted. She offered us more shampoo?? We gave our room number, but no shower soap was ever delivered and no one asked us about it.

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were eggs and potatoes but some biscuits and gravy would have been better. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great.

Chicken sausage at breakfast was awful!

My family went for a one night stay. The room was clean. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and offered several choices. The location was great with many options for dinner and shopping. It felt safe, as well.

Comfortable and clean with plenty of room. The lobby is nice for breakfast and I had two friends visit in the evenings, we sat in the lobby to visit. Breakfast options were great!

Great location and very clean, great breakfast and friendly staff - I believe his name was Ben but extremely nice young guy who worked every day while we were there -hard to find quality customer service like that these days

Although the room was nice we did find the bed uncomfortable. My other complaint is that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned everyday, I feel that it should be a given for room service to come in w towels/coffee etc

Hotel was great. Booking.com sucks! Lost our reservation. Can’t contact them. You need to stop using them to book rooms for you!!!!!

very Clean and nice equipped Apartment. The staff was very friendly.

the only thing that could be better was the iron in the room.

Pool area at 9am and outside facilities were still a mess from previous night . I would expect chairs to be picked up and wet towels picked up etc. was not inviting when such a mess.

This was a beautiful hotel with a well-equipped fitness center. Also, the breakfast had good options...not just bagels and muffins, but good breakfast staples.

As I was checking out most of the other guests checking out paid a rate less than mine. That was a little disconcerting.
