The size of the room was great, nice to have a decent sofa and a separate kitchen which also included a dish washer, which was greatly appreciated after being on the road for 2 weeks, it meant we could we could freshen up our drinks ware and other items we travel with. The bathroom was also nice, everything was very new, so it was a very pleasant stay and the bed was also really comfortable and the pillow were good.

I don't like that when you're paying for a premium room, that they then charge you for parking on top. This was the only hotel out of the 4 that we stayed at in KC that had a charge for this. The bathroom also didn't have a bathtub. If there was a room with a high sided bath as well as a show, this would have been perfect.

Right across the street from The Legends and less than 10 minutes from Azura Amphitheater! Perfect location. The room was huge and reminded me of a condo. Check in was easy!

The pillows are horrible! 2 pillows felt like nothing. Breakfast ended a little too early for us, so we didn't get to eat. Parking was $10, which I think is silly. No one told us where we could've parked elsewhere either.

The breakfast was great there! Much better than the average free breakfast! Very nice hotel.

A larger room. Room with a balcony. Room that didn’t overlook the air conditioners.the hotel was not fully booked. If you want people to return give them the best rooms available.

Location is great with all kinds of shops nearby including a shopping outlet. Safe area. Enough eateries around. All within walking distance.

The property was very clean and convenient to restaurants, shopping etc!  I flew into Kansas City, and I didn’t even need a rental car except to and from the airport!

The only negative thing I can say, is that this property really needs a shuttle to and from Kansas City Airport or at least a shuttle that would take you 15 or 20 minutes away if you needed to leave the area.

Good clean room and location. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was disappointing. For $400 a night, it would be nice for the food to be warm, and serve an actual protein that isn’t weird deli ham or turkey sausage.

Was able to get an early check in. Very clean and comfortable.

Had a weird sound all night that kept us from sleeping. Was possibly coming from the Legends acroos the street

Very friendly staff! Were able to check in early! Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of items! Will definitely stay there again!

$10 to park car in their lot. Ridiculous!

Great location, staff were wonderful and our room was very nice and clean.

The only complaint I have is the mattress on the pull out is dirty, stained and only a flat sheet is provided to make the bed. I would have felt more comfortable with a mattress cover would have been available to cover it as a barrier. This is the 2nd time we've atayed and is my complaint on both occasions.
