The room was very clean, and the halls were quiet for a holiday weekend. The bed was comfortable and the shower in the bathroom had a good stream to it. We had a bonus of being able to watch neighborhood fireworks from our window!

I thought it strange that there wasn't a closet with hangers to hang clothes. For the short stay that we had it wasn't a problem, but if I would have stayed longer, I would have wanted to hang up a couple of things.

The only bad mark I would give the Hotel was breakfast. No selection. Cereal waffles fruit and some prepackaged pastries. Stayed at other places that had better breakfast. Everything else was great!! Parking lot needs resurfaced. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will stay again best Hotel in Platte City for the price and I've stayed in others there

Breakfast no selection!! Would like some sausage bacon and eggs. Stayed in other places in this price range that had that. Parking lot had lots of potholes needs resurfaced.

The room was clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. The beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing. The oatmeal was watery. We had a choice of a waffle, and apple or an orange and a slice of toast or cold cereal. Not many choices for someone with a sugar or salt restricted diet.

The young man who greeted us was friendly and very efficient.

Breakfast was horrible. Hot oatmeal was very watery and cold. Cold cereal was stale. Other muffins were old and stale (heard others complaining). Juice machine needs a good scrubbing. Milk pitcher also needed to be cleaned. Floor in our room needed to be mopped.

Good to see a remodel in progress. Location

Remodel was in progress but the floor we were on our room was a mix of new and old . New wood floors but walls not painted tape still things in the room things just stuck were they could find a spot . Then early that morning somebody was in the hallway screaming I need help several other rooms open there doors but I kept my door locked. Like I said you start a remodel in a room complete it instead of putting Guest in the room. Also hopefully they fix the parking lot.

Handicap adjoining room for my mom who is 85 and in a wheel chair. Appreciated the handicap accessible shower except it was difficult to not get water on the floor, making it slippery. I was concerned about the rolling desk chair, o think a regular chair would have been a better choice Very clean. Appreciate the non-carpet floors, feels much cleaner

Breakfast was just ok but understand feeding that many people so appreciate of it!

I liked the friendliness of staff, the pool was nice. It was close to a grocery store, several banks, and several fast food places.

Continental breakfast was gross and almost gone by 30 minutes after it started at each of my stays. The pool and hot tub had too many chemicals. Which burnt our skin.

The property was in a great location. Staff were friendly. The room was functional and met our needs for the night.

Beds were not super comfortable, good for one night but probably wouldn’t stay much longer.

This property has obviously been recently renovated. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very cordial.

I think that the breakfast could be better - provide boiled eggs, for instance. Oatmeal didn’t appeal to me and didn’t look very appetizing.

I got a studio with spa tub in the room what’s not to love, the pool was nice and cool, and the heated pool was quite nice.

I think the breakfast could use some expanding maybe a better waffle recipe, a sauna would be perfect.
