The location to the KS City Northland, airport is great. St Joseph is only 30 mins away and downtown Kansas City. The proximity to St Joseph and other northern Missouri cities is why I chose to stay here. The hotel is average in all regards. The restaurant is good, decent prices and nice, attentive staff. The roo. price for one night was about 10 to 10% cheaper than some nearby "lesser brands."

Some of the building interior and rooms are dated. There is no free breakfast and a little pricey. The parking lot was being renovated and you may have to walk further than anticipated to front doors. This seems to be temporary.

From the moment we walked in young lady at the counter greeted us. We arrived about 1130am and she found us a room and got us in right away. Got settled then went and had a great lunch with great service at the motel restaurant . About 430 we spent a little time at the bar few drinks some appetizers and the bar tender she was exceptional as well. We will definitely be booking again when we come back to KC.

Convenient location

Currently under renovations but not too bad. Elevators are very slow. It’s just not the same Four Points I have used over the years. They used to be spotless, inviting and welcoming. Now it’s like a discount hotel. Other than free coffee in the lobby, everything is a charge. Rooms are not cleaned every day. Just not the same high profile hotel it used to be.

Check in was quick and location is of course close to the airport. Staff was very respectful and gave well thought out recommendations to me and other customers. A friend picked me up from the airport, but taking the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was extremely convenient

I stayed on the fifth floor and the hallway was hotter than it was outside, however inside the room the air conditioner worked great. I had arranged for a ride to the airport at 1PM and asked if I could do a late check out at 12:45 and the person said “the best I can do is 12:30” it’s not a big deal of course, but I don’t know why 15 minutes would make a difference. Not really a negative though since they were nice enough to give me late checkout in the first place.

The check-in went smoothly. The room was quiet and comfortable. We went down to the on-site Bar for drinks. Staff was friendly, drinks were OK. The shuttle to and from the airport and the close location were the reason we chose the hotel. The shuttle was very convenient, the pick-up at the airport was quick after phone call and the early morning shuttle was exactly what we needed.

Possibly a bigger drink choice in the bar? I would have liked hard cider choice, but this wasn't the only bar that didn't carry ciders in Missouri and Iowa. Apparently ciders aren't popular in this area. Margarita was too sweet!

We had a nice quiet room as requested. The offer shuttle to and from airport. We arrived at the hotel around 11 pm so we were very tired after an international flight. They allowed us to check out an hour later so we were able to sleep a little longer. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Very nice room accomodations

I thought I could park my car there while I was gone on a misleading.week trip. On the website it said park free. The explanation was I could park for free while I was at the hotel, but needed to pay $11 per night if I was leaving it for a trip. I think the information on the website was

Was not able to use the breakfast because my shuttle to the airport was at 5am

The pool was not the highlight that I thought it would be? Also - no glasses in the room - just plastic. And the outlets were not functioning on the desk which also meant coffee pot.

it was my first time staying at a Four Points, was tired, needed a meal and some place to sleep- but WAS SO IMPRESSED, first with the welcome staff and checking in, room was perfect, comfortable, clean. Grabbed a meal in the restaurant and it was very good, taste and value. So impressed, shared with a friend and our next trip and my future ones - I'll be looking and booking 4 points

Room was decent. We weren't there long so it gave us the shower and bed we needed during a quick stay before a flight the following day. Staff was friendly and the shuttle to the airport was convenient.
