stayed at the Hampton Inn because of the Blizzard. Needed a place to stay for 2 nights. Obviously because of the blizzard the hotel had reduced staffing but they went over and beyond to help guests. From front desk and shuttle drivers being the ones who made sure breakfast was out for the guests ( the kitchen person could not get in to do the job) to taking guests on the shuttle to get some groceries, and also to a couple near by restaurants that were open. (Hampton does not have a restaurant or bar at this facility). In the middle of being very short staffed those who did manage to get to work did so with a smile even through their fatigue of extended shifts. It was very much appreciated by the guests----all who were stranded travelers as the airport cancelled all flights and the roads were impassable. The employees made a very difficult and stressful situation easier on the guests.

Loved the personalized “Welcome” screen on the TV. Small but well-equipped gym, great breakfast, very comfy bed and room. Appreciated the shuttle service and the driver was so nice. I also appreciated the “brown bag breakfast” to go; while I took advantage of the full breakfast, that option would have been wonderful in a time crunch. Also the shampoo/conditioner/body wash smelled so good! Overall really nice small touches that elevated the stay.

Area was a little rough but nothing the hotel can do about that. Felt safe on hotel grounds.

During the recent ice/snow storm, my sister and I were stranded for two days at the Hampton Inn. The staff went out of their way to accommodate requests from any of the guests. From the front desk to the breakfast cook to the shuttle operators, the service was outstanding. We were glad we chose the Hampton near the airport!

Staff was wonderful at check in . Very friendly. Room was VERY clean!!! Bed was exceptionally comfortable. We used the transfer service to the airport , it was on time and the driver was very friendly and efficient. Second stay here and will stay again!

I was delayed by bad weather and arrived at the airport at 12.30 am. I booked the room at the last minute as I finally knew we were leaving and would arrive late. To be greeted by a happy face, after travelling 21 hours was a blessing. Easy check in then straight to bed The shower was great and I loved the bottles of shampoo, etc. Great idea. Better than those little bottles

Loved the cleanliness and shower was so spacious. If you are looking for a place to relax after a long drive. Spacious bathroom, clean bed and warm breakfast.

Need some cameras inside the building as well as on the parking. Just for safety, rest is perfect.

Location, airport shuttle, nice modern room

We checked in at 130am. First room we were put in had not been cleaned. Back down to desk. Second room we went in had guests sleeping in it! How horrifying for both of us! Back down to desk finally got a proper room but lock battery was dead, so did not get keys. (Did not need, we left at 530am)

It is a nice atmosphere and the rooms are well appointed, for the most part. Very kind and helpful desk clerks, at least for the end of th day when you are road weary. It is fairly remote, so pretty darn quiet!

No microwave or refrigerator, which is really inconvenient when you have been on the road all day and you don't want to go out. Some people do eat leftovers! Also, the elevator is way around the back from the entrance and office, which means you have to parade past about 20 rooms on your way to the elevator.

They held the room for me for very, very late check in. Grateful to have a clean bed to collapse into.

Breakfast was ordinary. Eggs & various carbs.
