Super comfortable bed. Loved the walk-in shower and the spacious vanity with lots of room to set toiletries. There was also plenty of space to set luggage.

We would stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers, but be sure to check the invoice they e-mail you before leaving the hotel. We were initially charged $73 more than we were supposed to pay! Betty at the front desk was able to correct the problem so no harm done, but if we hadn’t checked, it could have been a different story.

Very clean, updated, and the atmosphere was really nice. I didn’t give it a big smile just because our toilet flushed really slow and the bathroom is outdated. Other than that the room was perfect for our 1 year anniversary! would definitely stay again.

The staff the next morning for breakfast wasn’t paying attention and came out in the middle of my husband and I making our plates. There was another Black couple there so they assumed we were together and asked if we have tickets. I previously purchased breakfast with our rooms. However since they weren’t standing in the front where they should have been they could’ve asked for that before we began. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be working at all.

Breakfast was very good. The hostess very friendly and helped making sure we had everything. Courtney at the front desk was great helped my wife find her purse and phone that she misplaced. Both girls were very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t care for the potatoes but that’s just a preference for me. They looked good I just like hash browns better, but there was enough other stuff there it didn’t matter.

Nice and clean with friendly staff

Property was nice. There was a slight issue with the pickup shuttle from the airport but the staff member immediately took responsibility for the break down in communication and then adequately compensated us for the inconvenience. Overall very good experience.

Driving up, I’m saying to myself “it’s not the best Hilton I’ve seen or visited” but the moment you walk in it makes you forget about the outside of the hotel if that’s something you actually care about. From the lobby, restaurant/bar leading up to your room is Hilton standard. My room was nice, spacious & clean. The only complaint about the room is that the ottoman could be changed out for sure. The leather was peeling off bad and you can hear quite well other guests in the hall way. So I don’t know if that’s from just the guest being extra loud or the room walls are just that thin but nevertheless I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Hilton

was very happy with the lady at the front desk the way how she handled the situation i reserved 2 rooms and the check in time was @3 but she let me in Earlie than for me to be in the weeding on time b/c the weeding was at 1pm pls Thank to the lady at the frond desk i did not get her name but she worked for Hilton for a long

Guest services, cleanliness, comfortable beds.

Was given the wrong number to call the shuttle bus back to the airport and called for over a half hour with no one answering. Waited for a shuttle bus for about 45 minutes and finally took one that was not the one for you hotel. So it cost us extra to get back to our car. Was told "sorry we gave you the wrong number."

The hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel provides shuttle to and from Airport. The Shuttle driver (Heather) was very nice and friendly. The rooms and overall hotel was nice. Will book again.

Very accommodating to handicap and late arrival. Reservation was made last minute and they were more than accommodating. Thank you for your kindness

I needed more air conditioning in my room. It was set to 74 when I entered my room and I reset it to 68 but the room never cooled off that much
