The facility was very nice. It was updated and clean. Liked the bar/restaurant and close to other eating places.

Seemed a little expensive. We booked a room with two double beds and what we got was a room with one king bed only. The travelers were myself and my son. It was a little inconvenient for us to share a bed but workable. We asked if we could get a room with two beds but were told there weren't any. On the positive side - we traveled a long way to get there and were able to check in early. That was a major plus.

Staff was terrific, breakfast was good, location perfect for our needs.

We stayed for four days and we had to exchange our towels twice. There was no daily service and luckily we didn’t need to replenish tissue, toilet paper, coffee essentials etc.

The breakfast was wonderful.

They asked for a $100 payment for any damages and I was told that would be returned to me within 3 to 5 days after the visit. I still haven't received the money back. I called the hotel again and was now told up to 20 days, which seems like a ridiculous amount of time to get it back. I am still working on getting my money. I was also disappointed that the hot tub was removed. I did book this hotel based on reviews from people stating it was nice to have the hot tub, but was disappointed it was gone.

Everything except there was construction in front of the hotel. That wasn't the hotel's fault but it was difficult parking. 0

The construction was a mess and the equipment was parked in the road making it hard to get into the parking lot.

Everything was super clean and super nice, their pool happened to be down when we stayed and they were super helpful by speaking with the hotel next to them and allowing our children to go over to their pool and swim, everyone was very friendly! We’d book again!

I liked the ease of booking and check out. The room was clean and in good repair although it looked a little worn.

There was only one person at the front desk and a line all the way to the door. It took too long to check in. They could have done a much better job of anticipating the need for shuttles. I wasn't able to take advantage of parking because the shuttle was full and another wasn't due for 30 minutes. Making this information available at check in and finding out who needed a shuttle and when would have resolved this.

Clean, affordable, good location.

Only one washer and one dryer. Someone had left their clothes in the machines and left them, waited 20 minutes for someone to come get their clothes out so I could use them.

I didn't eat the breakfast myself but my wife did enjoy what she had. There we a few items not on the buffet because of shortages and we do not hold them personally responsible for that.

A couple of house keeping things on the outside of the building is my only complaint. When I pulled the shades back from the window and looked downward I could see the fenced in area around the HVAC/Utility area and it was a little messy. Parking lot area was a little tight in some areas but really this is just a little nick picky and was no real issue.

A total hit was the breakfast and staff ! Fair price and great customer service

Some light maintenance issues (the bathroom door wasn’t closing) but wasn’t that big of a deal. Staff was so kind and apologize.

Clean, although my daughter saw a bug on her curtain in her room; and bed was nice. When I shared it with the front desk they took note.
