Nice room, big room, and good location. Most of the restaurants will be 2 miles away, though, but not far. Good breakfast bar.

Bathroom in the Master bedroom only. If you have multiple people in the room, everyone has to walk through the bedroom even though the night. It's terrible for privacy and defeats the purpose of having a separate bedroom unless it's only two people.

The hotel is overall comfortable, and the room was clean, besides one little mishap. We had a fireplace room, and it made such a difference in keeping us warm.

One of the sheets on the bed was actually a dirty.Also ,I had called the hotel before hand to clarify something about my reservation and the lady on the phone sounded a bit condescending, additionally , I think I was supposed to get some perk as a Hilton Honors members, and I was not offered, good customer service seems to be selective in my opinion, but I am glad that did not impede my trip.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a good price for the money. I liked the room, the pool area was nice, and the location was convenient.

The WiFi was a pain to get working, I feel like it should have been easier to get that going. I also thought the staff could have been more friendly. They did their jobs, but didn’t make me feel like they wanted me there.

The location was perfect and I liked that there was plenty parking spots. Front desk was courteous and helpful, the suite we stayed in was nice, spacious and clean. The housekeeper on the 3rd floor where we stayed on was very courteous and was happy to provide us with the few items we requested even when he was busy at the time(don’t remember his name). We will stay again as we visit the Kansas City area quite often, overall a great place to stay. I also loved seeing the security riding around at night.

Older hotel, but still very, very good hotel, that used big rooms that were still in very good shape. Really like it!! They were quit nice, and had numerous people that also seemed to like it.

We had to leave early, but not because of the hotel, we had to go somewhere else very early that day. This was our issue that the hotel had nothing to deal with. They were very good

Friendly staff, breakfast was good, rooms very clean and they were very prompt if you needed something!

The prices of the snacks in the pantry. Way too high! 3.50 for a reese's peanut butter cup even in a gas station is not that high.

The suite was spacious and well equipped. It was nicely updated and decorated. It was in an easy to find location and was pretty quiet, which I enjoyed. The water pressure in the shower was quite nice.

The bathroom door didn't close, it needed some shaved off the bottom because it scraped the floor. Also, the bottom drawer in the kitchen wouldn't open. It must've been stuck on a pot lid or something.

Location was convenient. Breakfast was good. Liked layout of room with doors to separate the bedroom.

The fan in the bathroom where the shower/toilet was located was extremely loud. Sounded like it needed to be replaced. Didn’t turn on the light in that room while using it because of the noise. Used the light from the vanity area for light instead

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Rooms are cleaned every other day unless requested otherwise. The location was great, near stores and restaurants.

Our flight was early in the morning, and it was freezing outside. It would have been nice to get coffee from the lobby on the way out. Not a deal breaker though.

It was great for the price we paid. I had a kitchen and a little living room, which was perfect for saving money and eating in.

The breakfast was outstanding. I have not been to a hotel in years where they had a hot variety of food like they did here.
