The hotel is nice the staff was great the room was very clean big and spacious love the kitchen area my only complaint is that the elevator was broken has to take the stairs I’m lazy after a long day of work the last thing I wanna do is climb stairs and the breakfast was sub pair only because the food is very hot there is no microwave to heat the meat and it was hard but the waffle maker was great .. over all a good place to stay the pool was cold but it’s not exactly summer yet

This was conveniently close to airport and all types of food and store options. Staff was friendly. AMAZING breakfast options probably the BEST I’ve experienced for complimentary breakfast. (Nice job on adding Nutella for waffles!) Rooms are very efficient with space and amenities and beds are very comfortable. I’ve had better pillows at other hiltons but they were not bad. Next time I go I’d choose this hotel again.

The location was not what I was looking for. I called Booking customer service and didn' t receive the assistance I was seeking! The agent I spoke to, was very discourteous and frustrated my wife and I . He took a very long time getting a manager to correct the situation and by then , after 8 hours on the road, it didn't matter anymore!

Nice rooms. Wonderful amenities in the room. Refrigerator. Dishes. Dishwasher. The location is great. Not far from downtown. Great shopping nearby.

Breakfast was okay. I wish it was stocked better on the weekend. The room could have been a little cleaner. It did not look like they vacuumed.

Comfy beds and good location. LOVED the light blocking curtains.

Breakfast took 15 plus minutes to refill any of the hot items and it was small amounts that quickly went out again. The bathroom smelled like rotten eggs was coming from the drain to the point if we didn't close the bathroom door it made the whole room smell.

Location, mattresses.

Pillows were terrible, it sounded like the computer servers were right above the fan vent in the bathroom (room 410) keeping us awake most of the night, and the breakfast was pretty lean for an almost $200/night establishment.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Overall, the property is very nice for the price. Conveniently located near the airport. Handy complimentary shuttle service.

Soap dispenser in the shower was broken. Bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning. Not the hotel’s fault, but would be nice to have a place to grab a drink after a long day of travel. Maybe sell something at the front desk?

Good place to stay near the KC airport. Very friendly staff. Bright and modern décor. Spacious rooms with kitchenettes. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet. Large lobby for hanging out. Handy complimentary airport shuttle.

No restaurants within easy walking distance. Bathroom soap dispensers broken both times we stayed (different rooms). We could hear people walking in room above us.

The location was convenient for driving in and out of, and was close enough to some restaurants. It was still a ways from the more central KC areas, but wasn't too bad. The price was reasonable and the space we had in the room was plenty.

The breakfast was standard, and the room could have been a little cleaner.

The staff was amazing, the room was very clean, beds were great, pillows were great, it was all around in amazing stay
