This was a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable. I didn't take advantage of the shower, and only found the refrigerator by accident in the morning, but it was there all along. So, the ice machine was my friend.

I was given one of the last rooms on the third floor, which was about as far from the front entrance as you can get. I parked near the entrance so that walk was short, but the hike to the end of the hallway on the third floor was a little much. It would be good if you enable the use of the room keycard to open the exterior stairwell door so I could have parked nearer to my room and entered through that stairwell.

The staff was very friendly. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I will definitely do so on my next visit to the city.

Suggestion for improvement: - it would be great if shuttle service is available beyond schedule (04:00 to 23:00) - be more attentive to reply to messages timely (1st message was replied 1 month after I messaged, 2nd message was replied same day, 3rd message was replied next day, 4th message was replied 2 days later)

Hospitable staff and clean hotel. It fit my needs for the weekend, as I needed a ride to the hotel and they offered a free shuttle and had breakfast included, which was pretty decent.

There was a really odd smell in the hallway but thankfully it did not go into the room. Also, the elevator button didn't light up to go down to the 1st floor, but it still worked.

The staff was really nice. I didn’t get a chance to make it to breakfast or the pool but knowing those were available was also very pleasant. The location is near many fast food places and just moments down the road from Zona Rosa shopping. Very convenient. I will be booking here again soon.

The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was ok. Good location. Easy check in and check out. The lobby area was inviting. The hotel's location was nice and seemed safe.

We had an 8 person suite there were 4 towels and half a roll of toilet paper in the room when we arrived for our 2 night stay. The outside sitting area had trash everywhere. The food at breakfast was barely warm. We had to heat everything in the microwave.

beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Breakfast was good.

the swimming pool hours were too short, so we could not swim. The light for the bathroom was "outside" the door. So if you needed to go to the bathroom during the night, you would wake up anyone else in the room due to the light and fan.

I didn’t wanna drive to the airport and having the shuttle was wonderful and the kindness of the people at the desk was also excellent and I was hungry in the breakfast was good

I think the shuttle should pick up at the closest exit door and that created a little bit of an issue but I was thankful to have the ride.

We specifically booked the room with the Jacuzzi tub. The tub was wonderful and very clean. The whole room was very clean and well maintained too. I could tell the hotel had made recent updates to furniture, paint, decor etc within the last couple of years. Looked very nice!

Only complaint is the heat/air unit was REALLY loud. We ended up just sleeping with it off. Luckily the weather was pretty nice.
