The bed was amazing, very comfortable. We had a family emergency. I had to drive into KC in the middle of the night to fly out very early the next AM. I wanted something inexpensive, we were only going to be there about 4 hours. The hotel wasn't expensive but it was quite nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, the sheets were good quality and were very fresh. We left too early for breakfast.

We were hoping I could do park and fly, but they must have been too full because it wasn't available.

Rooms are clean, on-site coin laundry, small breakfast, friendly staff, shuttle service, and I really love that it is on the bus route. The bus stop is right beside their Days Inn sign There is a convenience store. I can get to store or other shopping close by on the bus route. Small park across the street. Very clean and manicured area. Very affordable. I've stayed here three separate time, would stay again.

The facilities and the room having plenty of space and room to enjoy yourself. The ability to wash clothes and the ability to cook a real meal thanks to a stove was very much, a very welcoming and valuable deal.

The biggest ordeal at the hotel, was the fact that the breakfast was very limited. This didn't include milk nor any type of juice. It was quite unfortunate. Even some cereal with milk would have made the stay perfection.

I liked the location as it was a very quiet location away from the stream of traffic on that area

The parking was a small problem and when I and another patron came to check in, there was no one there at the check in due to doing a shuttle run to the airport. The shuttle service is nice, but need to have another person to check people in. I and the other person trying to check in waited 15-20 minutes for the desk person to get back.

Ample space in large room, convenient to airport and shopping.

We opened the sofa bed and the mattress was gross. The children slept with the parents and grandma in the regular beds. The swimming pool wasn't open early enough or late enough so we got no use out of it.

Biggest feature that I liked was how the shower worked and how the hot water temperature was perfect balance and how it worked to wash the cold temperature off my body. Bed was also comfortable for me to sleep in.

I'm not really gonna fault the hotel for this, but my room was above the swimming pool room and the sound was bleeding into my room the first night I was asleep, to the point where I had to use my YouTube app on my Nintendo Switch to turn on some white noise and drown in out, until it got quiet enough for me to turn it off.

I had low expectations for this place due to lower rating but I was blown away by John's customer service. He was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. He was really helpful and satisfied all my requests perfectly. This man deserves a raise.

Even though they were training new people, every one was very friendly. We stayed for one night. Thank you.

Our room was an unexpected upgrade and was missing new accessories but overall it was a great night's sleep after 12 hours of flying.

Kind staff, especially the woman who checked us out and drove the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Fun little indoor pool. Front desk is stocked with snacks and some microwave food for sale. Laundry available on site.

Industrial park near the airport is safe but nothing close by. One restaurant at another hotel and a gas station are all that are in walking distance. Good location for a last night in town. Nice room but shower could have used a few repairs.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, ride to the airport was on time as promised (even with the crappy weather conditions) would stay here again.

No shower wand. Not a deal breaker, just prefer a wand instead of the pipe-mounted head. An in-room coffee maker would be nice. We like to get ready while having our morning elixir.
