The location was absolutely perfect — quiet, safe, and stylish. 10 out of 10 for being in a peaceful area and still close to the airport and our business destination. We traveled for work and it was super convenient in every way. Also, we arrived very late due to a flight delay and were extremely hungry. The staff was incredibly kind — they had saved snacks and water for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really helped after a long day. Overall, the comfort and hospitality were greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the room had a strong unpleasant smell — a mix of dampness and mildew, which made the stay less comfortable. The shower didn’t feel very clean, and there were some hairs left behind. The bed linen was not of good quality, which left a slightly negative impression. We really wish the room had matched the level of the service and location.

Nikki is an exceptional employee. Helpful, Courteous, Kind and Friendly. She wasn't just kind to the guests, we observed her several times interacting with the other staff members there. Complimenting and laughing. Michael served up the breakfast and it was worth every delicious bite. He even showed me how the toaster machine worked when I burnt the first piece of toast. Excellent service! All the staff we encountered were friendly smiling faces when they spoke to us.

The guy revving his Harley outside our window at 9:30pm for 20 minutes. As a light smoker, and I totally understand not smoking in the rooms. I don't smoke in my house😊, and I appreciate that, but perhaps a bench or table with chairs so guests can gather and sit and chat a spell when outside.

Breakfast pretty good! The room was clean as well as the bathroom. I used the fitness center and the pool both are great. The staff is very good people are polite. Many spots at the parking lot for the costumers cars. Good location for who is visiting Kansas City.

Large room. Comfortable king-size bed. Friendly, professional hotel staff. Early (free) shuttle to the airport. Hotel provides take-away breakfast bag (muffin, granola bar) for guests who leave early. Coffee is also available, even at 5am!

Walls are a bit thin. Could occasionally hear the television next door. Fortunately, they didn’t watch TV very late so we slept fine. Not really within walking distance to many restaurants or convenience stores.

Friendly, airport shuttle, room was comfortable. Accommodating.

The outlet between beds was loose and touchy for charging phones. The ice maker was at the far end of the hallway, and after walking down there we discovered that it was broken. An employee did offer to run up to the second floor to get us some though.

Love the friendly and kind staff, cleanliness, comfy beds, , room size, and that they offer free breakfast and a shuttle to and from airport . You can also park your vehicle there while traveling for $7 a day when you book at least one night before departing on a flight!

The location, bed was comfy, shower was nice.

I requested to be picked up at the car rental facility at KC airport. I waited 25 min after calling and then called again. I was told that the hotel shuttle could not pick me up there and I had to taking the parking bus back to the airport and walk to the shuttle drop off and pick up point in front of the airport. I have a bad knee and walked more than I should have. in addition I could have fallen and hurt myself. I was finally taken by shuffle back to the hotel and when I arrived had a discussion with the desk clerk who then told me that it was a misunderstanding and apologized. in my opinion he should have communicated better and there was no excuse for this inconvenience.

I was really impressed with this place, from arrival until departure. Nice facility. Spacious room. Everything is clean and comfortable. They were helpful and accomodating when my flight was delayed and I had to extend my stay at the last minute.

If you arrive at the Kansas City Airport after midnight there are no taxis and the Hotel Shuttle will not pick you up.

Everything was perfect! The staff goes above & beyond to make our stay safe & comfortable. Best breakfast & amazing staff who stays there all the time to monitor & assist every hotel guest having breakfast. Front desk staff & designated shuttle bus drivers to & from airport & rental car office were commendable. Stayed there 2x (9 days apart) on this trip & they remained consistently good. I highly recommend this hotel & will definitely stay again. This is a new city for us. What a beautiful city!
