A truly phenomenal hotel. Reserving it via booking.com was incredibly easy, checking in was incredibly easy, the room/bed was clean and comfortable, the shower/bath were excellent, the towels were soft, the tv had lots of channels, oh boy, this is what every hotel should strive to be like. I didn’t even take advantage of some of the extras, like in-room coffee and free breakfast, but it all looked good. Finally, the free airport shuttle was a real life saver.

In comparison to everything I liked about this hotel, my dislike was minor: the shower door would occasionally slide open by itself while I was using it. No big deal, I just closed it again!

Room size was large, shower was hot. Breakfast was solid.... not a whole lot of options, but I found a few that worked well for me during my stay. Got the job done. Gym facilities exceeded my expectations; nice range of dumbbells, treadmills, ellipticals, a couple adjustable benches, and a decent multigym with various attachments. Laundry on premises.

Beds weren't terribly comfortable, but they were fine.

Well lit parking lot, clearly marked with signs. Clean facility. Easy access to and from the highway. Conveniently located to the airport. The breakfast appeared fresh and appetizing, but we didn't have time to eat.

The bed was hard, just not what we are accustomed too. The pillows were uncomfortable, but again not what we are accustomed too. Others may not agree with our opinion.

Everything from the newness of the renovated facilities to the cleanliness and the staff. Not forgetting the awesome breakfast and the chef responsible. Kudos!

I never saw any bugs or roaches during my stay, which is excellent. However, the waste baskets in the room should be emptied EVERYDAY so that, over time, there won't be a buildup of roaches and bugs inside the rooms.

Convenient location, shuttle and great staff. Recommended great eating place close by. Took us to the airport at 5:20am, and Robin took great care of us. Worth a good tip! Unfortunately we didn’t get to sample the breakfast. Maybe next time.

Rooms are a little small for a king, but adequate and clean.

The breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. The orange juice was so cold and good. Very quite location.

I felt bad for the front desk clerk. He was by himself and several of us were checking in at the same time and his phone was ringing, people were requesting things and he was trying to get everyone checked in.

Room was very clean. We could hear the people next to our room but nothing too extreme. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The ladies tending the breakfast area were rude. We got to have breakfast 15 minutes prior to breakfast closing and you could tell they didn’t like it. My kid went to grab a banana and the lady immediately put the fruit basket away.

Location cleanliness and staff

The beds have a lot of improvement. This was the lowest and springiest bed I have ever been on for such a high priced hotel. It should had just been a Super 8 or other motel.

Very clean room. Staff was amazing and super helpful. The included free shuttle to anywhere within 5 miles of hotel was great. Includes shopping, dining areas, movie theater, and the airport.

Close to KC airport. Robin, the woman working in the breakfast area, was very sweet and accommodating and did a great job of keeping everything well stocked and clean. Roberto also helped when I was looking for something.

The only complaint we had was that our room was next to the ice maker and we could occasionally hear ice being dumped. It was only a minor problem because we had the room fan running and it covered the ice noise. Other issue was with other guests being loud at 4:00 am as they were getting around to head to airport and that definitely is not a bad reflection on the the hotel. I’ll stay here again.
