Beautiful place once we arrived.

The front desk staff were horrible. Especially the first lady that was checking us in. Not sure if she was new or just didn't know how to deal with customers. If she had been my only reason for liking your hotel I would never return. A smile never hurts anyone but I do feel if she had smiled her face would have cracked. To be honest I question in my mind if she was using drugs. She just was so spaced out the whole check in process. I have to add also that our GPS sent us coming in behind the building. Man we were really questioning where in the world we were staying. When we saw all the bars on each home and even churches that we passed by, we were NOT sure how safe we would be staying here. Thankful to say that all changed once we arrived.

Love the room sizes and bathroom sizes and the entire bathroom was wonderful

Check in time was so late. 4 pm to 11 as the night stay that only 19 hours. So for me the room prices were a bit to not even have 24 hours in the the room for $140 if I’d booked Saturday to was $180. high but other than everything was good. If prices get better. So I didn’t even have a chance to go to casino. But will book again if I can get better deal. I usually stay by the legions because my family is in kC I visit often . Hopefully will come back

I have not received my $50 damage deposit and told it would be refunded after checkout. I have been waiting for 16 days and was told by hotel it is due to my bank card. I called my bank and was told it has nothing to do with them. I have called 3 times and told the same thing. I am very frustrated with lack of information given at time of check in. The staff should be up front with the amount of time it takes to refund your deposit. It was a beautiful hotel but would not stay again because of this issue.

Room was nice and clean. There was a large walk-in shower which was a nice. Casino was clean unlike some others in the area.

The location is in an industrial area near the river. Not the best but understandable because of the laws in MO governing Casino locations. It seems that when booked through Booking.com the location appears to give you a room that is at the lower rate end for what you pay. Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the parking lot with a huge tree in front of the window. It was not a deal breaker but the cost per night was high. We could have stayed at a very nice hotel with breakfast included for the price. No breakfast options offered during a weekday stay only at weekends in the restaurant.

Food was good. Service was awful. The waitress acted like she really didn’t want to be there. There wasn’t a clean table and when we sat down she put our silverware on the dirty table. I asked her to wipe it. She only wiped in front of where we were sitting. When we finally got our food, I had to ask for utensils as they had been taken off the table when it was wiped. She walked by and just about slapped our bill on the table without a word.

The facilities were very nice and the bathroom was great. One of the best hotel bathrooms I've seen. The shower was a step in and not a tub so my grandmother who was with me was able to easily step in rather than climbing into a tub.

Would be nice if there was a pool at the facility. The staff that helped me with checking in was not very receptive and communicative. Im assuming because I am a younger person and maybe predispositions about me. Overall, my family and I had a nice stay.

The resort features.

The two things that I didn’t like was having just 1 entrance to the hotel area and and the fact that not all of the guest floors are card key entry for safety and peace of mind for guest.

I ate at the restaurant Journey. Everything was delicious. My only complaint is I ordered a piece of carrot cake to go. I didn’t eat it that night, but planned on eating in the morning. Once I opened it the next day while still in my hotel room, I found ants crawling over the cake.

This was a beautiful hotel/casino with amazing staff. The hotel room was such a great deal and absolutely gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable.

The coffee service in our room was neglected by housekeepers. The room itself was very clean, however our coffee pot had used grounds in it and we had no refill of coffee pods to use.

The smell of the hotel is awesome it has a lavender vanilla smell. Our room was big didn't smell any smoke in our room. The hotel and casino is hooked and all in one building. Didn't hear anything when we stayed in our room. We were on the 8th floor. Great view as well.

The restaurants we're ok. Wish we could have ordered our food from 99 hops from the room and went to pick it up if it was allowed, they didn't answer the phone might of been busy?. The donut shop had little Flys in the case, so we skipped that. The other restaurant was closed only open later in the week. The floor in the bathroom is slippery when u get out of the shower make sure u put towels down or u will slip n slide.
