It was quick and the woman that took our order was very nice.

I think for $230 a room breakfast should be included. But it was a decent breakfast. Maybe somebody didn’t show up for work but the server who was making the breakfast and bringing them out to us just did not seem like a very happy person on Sunday. She was very upset when my husband pointed out that he had ordered his omelette without bacon. Note the woman running the bar on Saturday night was fabulous. Very friendly in service and not intrusive on our evening by the firepit. Given the crowd, she was amazing in her professionalism.

We had other guests that had kids running in and out of the hot tub while other adults were in there. Jumping in and on people. Screaming at the top of their lungs. Staff replied with there's not much we can do. Uh no. Im also in the hotel industry and yes you very much can do something about this. Other than that the staff was lovely and the hotel was beautiful.

loved the location, the room and whole hotel set up with fire pit and seating outside and bar. amazing views from outside. overall made relaxing after running around very nice.

only problem is it isn’t sound proof while sleeping. room faced parking lot and the guys that must’ve been catering breakfast were very very loud. arguing and slamming things around in the truck. also the do not disturb sign was on the room door and housekeeping came knocking at 9:30 am and woke us up. mind you check out is at 12:00. so little sleep with noise outside super early and then housekeeping. but overall hotel was great!

The staff were professional and kind. The room was fabulous. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Not really a problem, but we went to the bar about 5:15 to have a drink, and the lady was still counting the register. It wasn't open yet and three other parties were waiting, so we left to go somewhere else.

The location is great. The highway to downtown or Zona Rosa is right there. There's a nice little strip across the way with restaurants and other things. The check in was nice and easy. Most importantly the hotel was clean.

The atmosphere is comfortable & welcoming. The front desk staff so helpful & cheery. The view from our room of the city was awesome.

Google directions to the hotel were not very good. LOL

The room was nice and clean but next time I have to book a large room, it was kind of small.

Bought a breakfast burrito and it was way overprice and not good for $13.

The noise I recorded in the bathroom was weird I didn't know what it was.... The price was ok 💜 kinda expensive 😔
