Have stayed here many times over the years. I like the proximity to the Interstate, yet it’s in a quiet area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for your money.

It might be better to get a breakfast at somewhere else. Selections somewhat limited to what I’m used to. Room could have brighter paint color. There was not an AC outlet near the bed so I was unable to use my CPAP machine as I didn’t have any extension cord.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It's great value for the price, quiet neighborhood and easy access to the highway. It's an older hotel, but the beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Breakfast was fine, the usual fare with make your own waffles! We liked it so much we extended our stay by a night to get some famous KC BBQ.

Not really a negative, but at 1st we thought the neighborhood might be sketchy, as it's older, but felt very safe and people were very friendly. Really appreciated the quietness. This is a motel style with doors on the exterior, you would never know it once in the room.

I needed a place to stay overnight and this place filled the bill. It was reasonably priced, well-located to where I needed to be the next morning and had everything I typically want in a hotel room.

It was a bit noisy because the room doors were on the outside. But that’s what you get for the price I paid.

It was good value. Convenient, easy access to highway, close to the event center.

Had difficulty getting the temperature right but it was so cold outside, I can’t really fault the hotel for it. Although there was steady cold breeze coming through from under the sink area. Also the people above our room sounded like they were moving furniture around all night.

Very quiet, and they had plenty to choose from at breakfast. Will be staying at best west when traveling from now on!!! Staff was cool and went out there way.

Breakfast started at 6am so leaving at 5:30 to get to work at 6 means you are out of luck!!!!

The location was convenient, the bed and sheets we’re comfortable and although you can’t tell from the neighborhood, it was a safe location. The area around it is old, and unkept, the hotel is older, but we felt safe there.

The lighting was dim in the bathroom/sink area. The room had an old smell. The room was clean , so the smell is from age and climate.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff and peaceful environment 😀

I had an issue with my TV and I was told that the problem would be addressed but it wasn't..I really appreciate hospitality and they could do a little better but overall, my stay was Surely Nice...

The breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast. I prefer standard eggs, sausage/bacon, toast; but the cereal was good too with a muffin. The juice was cold, fresh, and really cleansing. It was a great way to start the morning.

Some fresh fruit would have been nice. Bananas, pineapples, grapes. I would suggest orange slices, but the orange crop is not doing well this year.

It is close to both the airport and near the Interstate. Also is in a secluded and quiet area.

It is a bit dated, but I have stayed here previously and don’t mind that it’s not the most modern and up to date motel. It provides for my needs just fine.

The staff was so professional and friendly, even when I locked myself out of my room. I was traveling alone with pets (such a hassle), so I was grateful the pet policy was straightforward, fair, and transparent.

I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you!
