EVERYTHING about the Element was phenomenal. The young lady that was the overnight front desk staff was AWESOME, she was extremely kind, helpful & was able to answer questions with adequate and appropriate answers, which is a PLUS in this day & time. If we should ever be in the KC Area, we will definitely be staying at the Element…lastly, the Bartender made one hell of a Bloody Mary, which he called a Bloody Maria.

Our only complaint, was the POOL, which was unbelievably small & indoors, that didn’t even bother me because I’m not a swimmer, but if we would’ve brought our grandson, he would’ve complained & been disappointed. Of course when we vacation with our grandson, we stay at places that have BOTH inside & outside pools.

I was surprised that I had reserved a suite with a kitchen! I was really just looking for a standard room. Must have been my error when booking. I really like the showers!

I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Not a fan of turkey sausage and even though I was on the earlier end of breakfast you were out of sausage. The potatoes were mushy and tasted greasy. Couldn’t eat them. The cook did not get the eggs cooked correctly and as I am gluten free about all that was left was gluten free bread which is always bad everywhere. You would be better off with a breakfast like most places serve. Or just change the potato type or give one option of turkey meat and then a regular pork option.

Our day here was to go to Legoland and Sea Life. This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The facilities were brand new. We got a king size suite, which came with a full-size kitchen, which was very convenient to cook in. The beds were very very comfortable, and the pillows were amazing. It also came with a pulled out couch for two people to sleep in. Breakfast Was phenomenal! Potato casserole, sausage wrapped pancakes, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy,yogurt with fruit and toppings, apple juice, orange juice - it was all great! If we are ever in Kansas City again, we will definitely stay there, knowing we will sleep well. By the way, the pool was heated, and the room was warm even in January. highly recommended!

It was expensive, but worth it.

The ladies at the front desk were delightful. We liked the hotel the second we walked in because we were greeted so warmly. There was ice cold fruit water in the lobby, and we loved that. Our room was spotless, and the bed was comfy. We loved the little kitchen, it was perfect. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast crew. They had such positive energy, and it was contagious. We ate our yummy breakfast and set out on the road feeling happy. We will stay here again the next time we are in KC.

Nothing comes to mind

The room was very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the trains! The staff was friendly. Nice that they have happy hour and breakfast. The receptionist also gave us a coupon for a local pizza place that wound up being pretty good.

Water pressure was lacking and it took a while for it to warm up first thing in the morning for a shower. The TV channels wouldn't come up, so we just signed into my boyfriend's YouTube.

Very clean and very friendly staff. The free breakfast in the mornings is amazing! Wonderful pool perfect for my daughter and they have fire pits and a beautiful gym, a bar and a mini store! What else do you need? Can't wait to stay heee again next time I'm in town

Could hear people while I was in my room. Woke me up a few times, I guess the walls are a little thin. Ask for a room that doesn't face the hway, or will be a lot more quiet 😊

We loved every part of our visit. Breakfast was great. Loved the variety of healthier options provided. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Already rebooked this one for our next visit in Dec.

Loved the room layout, like mini apartments. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Breakfast staff was exceptional. Went out of their way to serve my children, definitely went above and beyond. So wonderful!

We planned to use the pullout bed for kids but there were no linens anywhere in the room, it was late so we all just crashed in the big king bed, it was ok but linens stored in the room would’ve been nice. I did notice crumbs in the pull out bed as we were getting it out as well, but not terrible

I absolutely loved this hotel.. soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiling faces..The receptionist told me about a great Bbq restaurant, and it was great..the hotel was very clean and the beds were comfy..I really enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard at night..Great place to stay...

Location, decor, room size/bed comfort and staff was very friendly.

The breakfast options were a little lack luster. Muffins, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and some little egg quiches. Everything tasted great, just wanted a few more hot items.
