The staff is super friendly! Free water at the front desk. Restaurant quality free breakfast. The cook comes out and makes pancakes fresh to order. The rooms were clean and fresh. It's only 11 miles away from Arrowhead Stadium. Harrahs Casino is right down the street. I travel all the time for work and leisure. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Great value and quality for the price! Two night stay for $310.00 dollars! Amazing deal! Bonus I even worked out in the morning before the Chiefs game on Black Friday!

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The room was spectacular. I loved that they had Dove products available for use in the room and the room had a clean refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was good, and they had the best coffee I have had at a hotel in a long time. They had different things each morning as well as a few consistent items like yogurt, fresh fruit, applesauce and milks.

The indoor pool was chilly but my children loved it and that was the reason I got the reservation was so they could swim and have fun and the absolutely did just that. They did not mind the temperature like I did.

Staff was great. Morning through the night. Breakfast bar and staff. On top of it. Great location. Must try out The Hamburger Shack just a block away. So very convenient location to great restaurants and entertainment

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel itself. But, because the Cubs were in town playing the Royals, both not doing well this year. The rack rate. Although cheaper than hotels closer to venue, it shouldn't cost 2/3 of a months rent for two days.

Oddly as a contractor I noticed the light switch was right next to the shower in the bathroom. I mean at the edge of the tile. This is a shock hazard or a fire danger. I used caution as well as my family. Just make sure your not wet touching it and things will be fine. Just seemed odd but rules in KC maybe different from my state

Suzy in the breakfast area was so sweet and positive! She was great help and very kind. She was very attentive to our needs.

We had to move rooms because our ac didn’t work in the first room but staff made it an easy move. The pool room was too cool.

Great location!! Loved the ease of getting to the highway, and stores and food nearby!! Good Breakfast, Good Friendly staff, Nice sized rooms!! Will definitely stay when we visit the next time!!

The front desk told me I wasn't going to get charged til check out. The morning of checkout the front desk people said anything over $230 gets charged automatically.

I liked the cleanliness, and upkeep of the room; the comfort of the bed; the bed pillows; the delicious choices for breakfast; and the friendly staff. Thanks for a wonderful stay! It made our memorable trip that much more wonderful!!

Room was large and very quiet. Bathroom was well done.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room and no cups that were microwave safe. Lobby and breakfast area very small.

Decent placement. Not far from that highway to downtown KC. Many restaurants in short driving distance. Solid breakfast menu and courteous staff.

Walls/floors slightly thin. Other customers could be heard walking and laughing.
