The location of the Hotel was great. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my week stay with them. Staff was nice and friendly and answered all question that I had at check in. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone staying for a long period of time.

I have no complaints everything was done to my satisfaction. I would have liked if someone would have taken the trash out middle of the week due to the can getting full before I checked out. I didn't ask the front desk about this I'm sure if I did, they would have collected the trash at my request.

Staff was nice, bartender was great. Room was cute, bed was fairly comfortable.

Was a cute room but could use a little work. Our shower door leaked. Floors were a little dirty but not bad. People were really loud down the halls & could hear them at the bar until midnight. We were right down the hall from the bar.

I love the fact that there were rugs and not wall to wall carpeting. It felt much cleaner. I love the soap dispensers instead of wasteful mini bottles. Service was excellent, staff was professional but warm and friendly. Service was fast and efficient.

The view is completely terrible and the description was misleading. We expected a city view, not a view of dirt and stationary trains. It was pretty ugly. No local options for food and beverage only fairly boring chains.

The bed was very comfortable & overall the room was very comfortable. It was very convenient to the NKC Hospital which worked for my needs.

I tried to get hot water in the bathroom sink around 9:30 p.m. I literally let the water run for 5 minutes & never got even warm water. The next morning I got hot water right away. The shower door leaked out onto the floor. I ended up using both towels & a hand towel to soak it up off the floor.

Breakfast was not included in the price therefore; we did not eat breakfast at the hotel.

The bathroom shower door did not close all the way which caused water to get in the floor.

Hotel is new and modern. Very clean and plenty of free parking. Breakfast is extra but very reasonable and they offer nice selections, even vegetarian/vegan ones. Great location just off highway.

Wish the shower was not out in the open.

Not far from downtown. Great surprise receiving a discount with the local restaurant. Price was great for all the amenities at this location.

Ensure you are comfortable with an open concept style when sharing a room.

Convenient location, clean rooms, The woman who served us Breakfast was an absolute delight and made us a very tasty meal. Kudos for her for going above and beyond. She is a keeper.

The people staying above us came in at 11:30pm and were stomping around. The people next to us came in at 130am and proceeded to have a party in their room. I understand that you do not have control over your patrons; however, the hotel was not even close to full. We would appreciate it next time if you did not put all your customers so close together. I got less than three hours sleep.

Quiet, location, fixed issues fast, comfortable clean

Pillows are flat, house keeping trying to enter my room 3xs, started at 8a and on.
