The beds were extremely comfortable! Bathrooms were very clean as well! The A/C worked great and the staff members were incredibly nice. The bedding was also very clean as was the mini fridge. The pool was very clean. The elevators were fast and clean as well. Everything was stocked very nicely and the breakfast was a good hotel breakfast! Bonus points for the biscuits and gravy on our last day of stay!

The pool was cold not heated to 85 as stated. When we first arrived our hotel room was extremely hot but it did cool down very fast. The carpets in the room were dirty as soon as we took off our shoes and socks our feet were black but everything else in the room was exceptionally clean

It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast, while pretty standard, had enough variety. For us, the location was convenient. But it was about a 10-15 minute drive if we wanted to go to busier places in the city. I also love that the rooms at this hotel have normal bathroom doors that open out, instead of the useless sliding doors like some other newer hotels have.

Everything was pretty good! Some outlets could be reinstalled. I think some usb ports were not working very well.

The room was clean and very neat. The bed was comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Please extend my thanks to the cook. Breakfast was very tasty. I would suggest not putting the super soft cheese in the tiny omelets, but it was a smash of a breakfast either way.

The television did not work due to some technical issue, which was sad because it was a really pretty unit.

The night desk person arjun he was very helpful and very polite even though I ask plenty of questions he ever did it with a smile and was very nice. Honestly everyone was very polite sometimes you can go to a hotels and get very negative attitude from the attendance but if you want at the Best Western was so pleasant

Wish it was jacuzzi in the pool area

It was a comfortable stay and the bed was comfortable also , and decent breakfast eggs sausage and hashbrowns waffles and juice over all happy with the stay will stay there again when in kanas city quiet location

We had multiple interactions with, Baru at the front desk. She was lovely and genuinely kind.

Looks like things are getting updated- there were a couple light fixtures in the ceiling that were open spaces, and something that used to be on the wall that had been taken down but the screw holes were still there. It didn’t affect our stay, just a couple observations.

I have stayed in so many hotels in my life but this was absolutely 100% the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. It was worth the entire price of the stay... The bacon alone was the best bacon I have ever had in my life. Period.

The pool was freezing cold/unheated even though it was indoors. It was clean and not crowded though. Plenty of towels. I took one small swim from the back to the front and was frozen.

It's a nice clean Hotel. And the staff were so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and you didn't hear hardly any sounds . I slept better there than any hotel I've ever stayed in . It's located right across from Worlds of Fun which was great since that's where we were going for two days.

We liked how clean and spacious the rooms were! Breakfast was also a bonus cause it was so good! We liked all the variety and different options for breakfast. The rooms really spacious and clean and cool after a hot day in the sun!

Everything was pretty cozy, staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Beds were comfy the rooms were pretty nice. Nice little hotel super close to WoF which wasn't our reason for staying but none the less made me want to come back and stay to go to WoF!

The bathroom door handle kept coming off, but it went right back on. The only other thing was housekeeping barged in our room without knocking shortly after we checked into our room, which was kind of odd.
