The location was excellent. Parking was abundant. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. We loved the lemonade in the lobby. The upgraded room was fantastic. Check in and out were easy.

The entire place seemed a little run down. The lobby seemed a little dirty. When we got to our room, the towel rack in the bathroom was torn halfway off the wall. They upgraded the room but in the new room, the carpet felt a little grimey and there were many stains in the ceiling from water leaking through the roof. There was a chair but it was so small and so worn out that it was useless. The breakfast was adequate but tasted very plain and lacked variety. The television remote was not working.

Staff was helpful and courteous, room was spacious and clean. Towels were soft, shower was hot and water was forceful as I like it. Bed was very comfortable. Television stations were so much better than any other hotel I’ve been at in the area. Coffee and breakfast was very good. I will be back again.Coffee and breakfast was very good. There was nothing that was wrong at this property.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the accommodations were much better than what I expected.

I don't have anything to complain about. My stay couldn't have been better.

The location was great; easy highway access, close to local convenience stores, fast food restaurants and local dine in restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and relaxing.

Breakfast was very limited but ok for the overall value.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy. The room was huge. Nice and clean.

The only thing that we didn't care for was our door. Closing it from the outside you basically had to slam it which was loud. But other then that, no issues at all.

Location, breakfast, indoor pool. Convenient to roadways interstate and surface. Comfortable appointments. Nice TV.

Sink needed stopper. AC overheated room in winter. Hot tub was down.

Small homey finishing touches. Lemon water , fireplace in lobby and friendly staff. Breakfast was one level up than others.

The hot tub wasn't working,beds were too firm

Bed was Wonderful! Paid more money per night to stay at 2 other places while on our trip and neither's beds were even close to comfort that we had at this brand and particular place. Location was nice area. Lots of food choices along the main street, including a wonderful little mexican restaurant (Molcajete). Convenient to the small town that we were visiting. Staff were all very nice and helpful, especially the manager, who was quite wonderful. She did her own job and willingly helped other staff when she could as workers are in shortage currently due to Covid We actually ended up staying there 9 nights. We expect to stay there when we visit family there again.

I understand that Covid caused breakfast changes but breakfast was sad - everyday the same sandwich (only 1), a pastry and a granola bar. Lots of sugar, no fruit. My 6'6" husband's breakfast was the same as a kids. Not good. Packages of cereal and containers of milk or fountain milk, like the juice would have been nice. Packaged fruit cups, like from DelMonte, would be nice to have had available, maybe in exchange for granola bar or pastry. Facility was out of decaf tea.
