Breakfast, keurig in room staff and it is CLEAN..great mattresses

No water pressure, hotel is relatively new but room was a little banged up. Room design is realy odd, 1/3 is the entry, total wasted space? Its as big as the bathroom, not like other holiday inn express, looks peiced together. Strange wiring and switches with a bath fan with no switch? I really thought it was an old hotel that was redone or something

n/a Need more room about the good things... Had a problem with our first room (208). A family with 2 small children directly above us allowed the kids to stomp on the floor all the way till 8 P.M. Manager called the that room mid afternoon then went to their door around 6 P.M. but to no avail. Offered a room on the top floor in the far corner - it was wonderful! Manager Millisa Colford, Director of Operations, Heather Belben, front desk folks Jenna and Joel all went above and beyond on this trip! No doubt where I'll stay next time in Kearney thanks to your sincere caring!

After I arrived they tryed to make me pay again I already payed on line on booking . Com they they ask for my card incase they needed it for charges I said no I will give cash as a deposit cause they were charging my friends twice when he booked and when they got there too I had mt comfermation and so did my friends

The location was close to where we needed to be and the room was a perfect size/ setup.

The water in the shower and sink in the bathroom felt slimy/ gross. Was informed by locals it was probably a water softener, but it was not pleasant. Also, the coffee tasted like the pots need to be cleaned. The internet would not connect, asked the front desk about a different login- but they said there wasn’t one. I had to use my personal hotspot for 4 days of work- will likely be the reason we don’t stay here again.

This was a clean and comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it here, great location close to stores and food, only 25 minutes from Kansas City. The staff was always friendly and smiling!

I wish there was some variation in the hot food for breakfast. The pool was a bit dirty and the outdoor cushions were falling apart. These are my only cons and they were very small things, we still swam.

The roominess of the suite was great for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. A staff member was friendly and met my request of leaving a birthday surprise for my daughter. It was a great experience.

Beautiful facility! The staff were beyond kind, especially the gentleman that checked us in late at night!

I had a bug crawling on my arm the morning we left, so no idea where it came from or how long that little guy was in my room but I screamed when I saw it on my arm

Breakfast was great! Gym was great! It was a beautiful hotel.

The towels in the bathroom were a little dirty. When we arrived I was told that I’m not in the system for 10 minutes which may have ended poorly without my persistence.

Room was clean and great. Breakfast was awesome. Accommodating staff. Staff helpful.

Pool was eh. Rough and metal rusted out which shows not many use the pool but not a huge deal.

Very neat and clean place. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the outdoor sitting area as family from Kansas City came over one night and visited for two hours out there. All of us enjoyed your pool as well. Four of our group used the gym area and liked the equipment offered.
