Our trip was for a concert at arrowhead. This hotel is located north of the stadium. We feel like it made our trip to and from the stadium much easier than others. The staff were all very accommodating, professional, and kind. The beds were comfy with good pillows. The location is more “industrial.” There isn’t much to do within walking distance. But we were only 15-20 minute drive from popular attractions.

Breakfast was good a very small detail accrued my 5 year old grandson spilled his apple juice and received another one for no charge. Where does this happens at, good the staff was excellent.

It could have easily been a 10 it was just a few little flaws on the walls in the room looks a little like water damage but overall a great stay.

The property was very clean, the rooms were very nice, the staff was great, and also they give you breakfast vouchers for your breakfast and it’s made to order. They also have a microwave, little fridge, and coffee maker in the room.

That it didn’t have a hot tub or a bathtub because I wanted to soak for a relaxing night. It’s all good though I survived..

Quiet location so I didn't have to worry about my vehicles. Clean facilities and good customer service.

Breakfast started at 7am on the weekend which was too late for us having to leave the hotel by 7 for our activity. They really should have an optional early-bird breakfast for those who are participating in activities that require them to leave early.

We lived that the location was close to the freeway but far enough you didn’t hear it. The parking lot was well lit. The hotel was nicely updated (or maybe new), clean and tidy giving me the feeling of my corporate days of traveling.

There isn’t anything I’d say in the contrary.

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included, we paid a little extra for it, but it was phenomenal! We had the breakfast sandwiches, and the staff was nice enough to box them up for us to go! I would definitely come back to this location!

The only suggestion we would make is: Please put a safety, grab bar in the shower/tub. Tub is slick with no bar to hold onto. Thanks

It was clean and the location was really good too.

The hotel has a restraunt and bar. However on the second nite we stayed, we decided to stay in to eat there. We waited for about 30 minutes and saw that the bartender was the only one out with four customers at the bar but was making conversation with them. My husband then went to go and try to get her attention and looked at the menu, she looked over and did not even ask or care to see what he or we needed. The menu looked pretty good and wanted to see for ourselves but the bartender and whatever staff she have, lost business from us. Would not recommend this hotel if the bartender is more interested in flirting services vs doing their job.

We were in town for an event at the casino, so the hotel was super close. The room was lovely and spacious. Only concern was there was also an odd smell in the lobby. Everything else, great.
