Location was close to family and the value was good. Room was clean and nice.

At night the 3rd floor reeked of cigarette and weed smoke. I also had 2 charges to my room for the snacks that you can buy in the hotel and the 1st time I was brushed off by the older gentleman behind the desk saying nothing was charged and the 2nd time a younger gentleman saw the 2 charges and refunded me immediately. If you're going to offer food and drink to be charged to a room you should ask to see an ID to make sure they belong to that room! I would have been out $35 because the first guy refused to do any looking for me.

The staff have to be my favorite part undoubtedly. It is so nice to be around smiling faces. From the desk staff upon entry, to the people who keep the hotel looking bright and inviting not one person has failed to smile 😊. It just lifts me up and energizes my day. The dryer was a challenge for sure, it's crazy loud and it makes a loud, squeaky rubbing sound and doesn't stop. Fortunately, it doesn't effect the working but needs help.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating! The employee who worked the front desk at check-in (Alex) was extremely kind and helpful! Pool was so relaxing and every room and space we visited during our stay was very clean and comfortable. Also the beds and pillows were luxurious! Very good and restful nights sleep!

Not anything that’s really able to be fixed or accommodated for, but the pool being next to the highway was a little distracting but honestly it’s fine

The suite we were in was a bit musty smelling, which was a first for us as we have stayed here many times and not had an issue like this. Not sure if it was because it was because we were next to the pool, or it just needed the a/c turned on.

The location was very convenient and had access to other travel services. The rooms and facility were super clean! The beds were super comfortable. Nice separation layout of the room with the kitchenette island concept between the beds. This was a great idea as I am an older woman traveling with my grown son.

The bathroom was a bit small on space but the remodel of this hotel was nicely done to make the best use of the space. Great job on the tub with handles for us who are a little unsteady!

Perfect place for anything at Arrowhead stadium as you’re coming and going from the opposite way of all the traffic. Updated and clean. Comfortable firm yet soft bed. Bathroom was accommodating to all body types. We stayed in a single queen room it’s perfect and cozy for two people. If you have a kid a queen room may be too small. It had nice built in selfs by the window that are perfect for luggage and an open area to hang your clothes so you will not forget anything. The waffles were great at breakfast

I loved the stay overall and I would stay again. however, the breakfast was disappointing. I stayed on a Sunday and had breakfast Monday (may be different on the weekends). The eggs, while cooked had a lot of what seemed to be water added to keep them most , Fine, but then I bite into eggshells .😨 they had no meat options.

Need a light over the bathroom mirror or another mirror in the room somewhere, for applying makeup. Windows were not adequate for keeping out the noise, but thank God for my fan!

The room was very humid and the air conditioning didn't work very well. Also, could use a mirror in the bedroom area (the only mirror was in the bathroom). The cost of a single queen-size bedroom was pricey for what you get.
