Good location, close to the stadium and there were plenty of food options close by. It was a whole apartment basically so that was nice. Would definitely stay again, especially if I chose to do a longer stay.

The first room we got had a slightly broken bed so they switched us. The second day, a couple just walked into the room while we were napping mid day. There was a mix up and the room wasn't marked as occupied so they booked it to someone else. It was awkward for everyone but things worked out fine.

Easy to get to. Clean. Close to food choices. Easy to get back on the highway. Allowed pets for just an additional $15 fee. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking lot was well lit. Quiet at night. Side access door with keycard for pets. That was very convenient.

My only thing I didn’t like was no free breakfast and the bed was very squeaky. If you moved a little it squeaked a lot. My window showed someone had broken into it before as the screen was all bent and there were handprints outside on the window. But I had no issues while there.

We like the location, it is close to the places that we need to go. The price is also a good value.

Every time we entered or exited the building there were at least 2-4 people smoking outside the door, next to the sign that said “No smoking within 25 feet of the door.” Also the swinging door lock was broken completely off the door, I had to place items in front of the door to alert us in case someone tried to get in.

The room was clean and seemed brand new. It was spacious and had many amenities I did not use, like the kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, with nice sheets and covers. I've stayed at a MyPlace once before and it was equally as nice.

One small thing--one of the usb ports by the bed did not work. My phone didn't charge. Might want to take a look. I managed to use my own USB plug early in the morning and got it charged enough.

It was absolutely cozy, had everything and more than I expected. I will definitely stay there again.

The only things I didn't like were these little out door flying bugs that seem to find their visual into the room which was on the top floor and was lit down that there wasn't any breakfast. Other than that...I li ef the coziness of the room. The layout, everything was absolutely great.

You had a power outage during our stay which was not your fault. The man who was on night duty an excellent job of answering people's questions and being very professional with guests who were upset about the situation. The next the manager was very helpful in checking with corporate to see if she could give us a discount since we went thru booking.com. The discount was approved by corporate and booking.com is working on the refund now.

The toilet in room 113 was not properly secured to the floor and was a very low toilet.

Trucks from people working in the area and staying perhaps weeks or months at this hotel, in my opinion, shouldn’t take up two parking spots so close to the entrance. If they need the extra space they should be asked to park on the back row.

It is clean. It is nice and it is extremely affordable for as nice as it is. The staff is very friendly. Comes with a full size refrigerator, a range (no oven), a microwave, and a full size coffee pot. Most places only have a mini fridge, a microwave, and a 1 cup coffee maker so that was all nice to see. Definitely great for if someone were to be staying multiple days and didn't want to spend money eating out.

It would be a lot better if they offered a continental breakfast. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work properly. The shower wouldn't drain, so we were standing in a tub full of water while in the shower. If not for those 3 things, I would have given it a 10/10 score. This is where we stay any time we are in the KC area overnight.

Very clean, updated room, comfortable bed, comfortable lounge chair, good water pressure in the shower. Really like the kitchenette; besides a full size fridge, stove top and microwave oven and toaster, they supply the dish soap an paper towels too!!

If I have any complaint about the property it would have to be the laundry facilities. Two wagers and three dryers…the washer I used filled up with water then stalled for 25 minutes, the dryers did not dry well (according to me and other patrons).

Location was excellent. Front desk ladies were very accommodating and friendly. Also very knowledgeable about the area.

Apparently there was a young ladies sporting event taking place. A bunch of the girls and moms were up all hours of the night talking and laughing in the hallway. They were also loud enough even when they went into their rooms it didn't help.
