I noticed the manager going around picking up debris around the property every morning I also noticed that he was working with contractors to improve the facilities he also was working with the lobby personnel and with the laundry and cleaning crews tells me that he cares about it his hotel and it's doing everything he can to make it better and I appreciate that

I recently visited Kansas City for a stadium tour and zip lining, and we chose a more affordable hotel option, which turned out to be a great choice. We booked two nights for $226 through Booking.com, and the deposit was only $50 upon arrival, much lower than the original $100. The room was clean, bug-free, and the bathroom was spotless as well. Housekeeping was also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a pleasant stay!

I liked where our room was located. I like how friendly and helpful the staff is. The breakfast was fresh. And no loud kids or nosey security guards

I didn't like how long it took for the hot water to start working. I love taking hot baths before I go to sleep. I let the water run for 5 minutes, and it was still cold. I didn't notice til the morning that after running the water for 30 minutes, it gradually gets hotter and hotter.

Very friendly staff person checked me in and explained everything to me. Another staff member was very friendly in the morning and greeted me while I was eating breakfast. I was very impressed by the kind, professional staff. Breakfast was continental and hit the spot. Coffee was very tasty too.

I had the room closest to the front desk and several people staying at the hotel kept coming by the front desk to talk and laugh at all hours of the night. I guess they couldn't just stay in their rooms. I was wake up by the noise at least 4 times. Friendly advice; get a room far from the front desk.

The price was very reasonable and clean. Decent breakfast Staff was friendly.

When booking the room online, I was not informed there would be a $100 deposit with the price if my room. This really cut me short on funds during my stay.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 was the carpeting and furnishings were a little outdated. But everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies. The morning person there was funny and made my checkout enjoyable! Perfect for overnight stay, around many food places and conveniently located next to QT

Small, tight parking area

Most comfortable beds ever for a hotel! Easy access in and out. I liked that you had to have a room key to enter the building. The front lady was extremely nice. Loved her❤️

The maid manager has a bit of an attitude when asking for things. Our reservation had 3 adults and 1 child. They had 2 towels. Asked her for more towels due to having more than 2 ppl in the room.

Room was good, nice big, bed was super comfortable, equipped with AC, TV, Microwave and refrigerator, there are vending machines nearby, the breakfast could've been better but ill take it. Also safety box on the room.

Parking was open, so there was one time a big trailer was there trying to get outlying to avoid hitting the cars, I mean mine was rental and covers, but that big trailer with should've not been there.

The beds were really comfortable, I liked that there was a microwave and fridge in the room! Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The other guests were questionable and the highway noise was expected as you are right off of it but it was a really good price and perfect for our trip.

Everything was perfect! The staff so polite, smiley, amazing people! Room was absolutely amazing, clean and in details! Well done! I'll come back for sure!
