Incredibly kind and friendly staff - we were impressed. Cool lending library of stuff from blenders to movies to games on the first floor, free morning coffee (might be 24/7?) in the canteen. We didn’t have time to use the pool or workout facility but both looked awesome. EV charging station and kitchen with fridge were key reasons we booked and all worked great. Front desk staff were so sweet to our dog! There is a nice walking / jogging path right behind the hotel - bonus!

Loved the set up of the room. Was very comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was perfect for allowing hot foods n preparing meals there. Location and accessibility was convenient. Staffing...couldn't ask for more genuinely friendly personal. Room was clean and neat. I would love to visit again!! Thank you for such a pleasant stay. My mother, sisters n I were very impressed your facility. :)

Clean, roomy, comfortable, convenient and priced well.

There was an issue with a few rooms the day before our arrival so we were unable to get the 2 double bed rooms near one another as requested. We has a queen and a double, with a room in between. One of the rooms was above the lobby front door. Every time the door opened and closed, it rubbed against the floor of the room above it and woke everyone up early in the morning.

Great location! Far enough from freeway and other places so it was quiet but easy to jump back on. Ample parking and very well lit! Ice lobby and Devany was probably the most adorable and kindest, warmest and most welcoming front desk person I’ve ever met! I’ve traveled quite a bit and I wish I could clone her!!! We got in late so we’re completely exhausted from driving for 11 hours. She checked us in lightening fast! The room was exceptionally clean, was surprised by the kitchenette! The bed was soooooo insanely comfortable and lots of perfectly squishy but not to squishy pillows. Check out was a breeze!

Loved everything!

The location was centrally located from all the events we had planned & it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I asked them, including directions to various venues.

The only thing that was not good was one of the bed frames was not put together well. We had to be careful not to bump into a bracket that stuck out about 3 inches. It didn’t seem like that bed frame was meant for that bed. One person in the group hit their ankle on it the first night getting into bed.

I love everything about the hotel. From the moment when me and my man checked in till we checked out. Love the kitchen I was able to cook a homemade dinner for us. Location was perfect close to all the restaurants.

Only thing we were not happy is the room service. When we call for room service to change our bed sheets front desk ask me how long we’re there I said been there since Wednesday which I call Saturday if we can have them change our sheets. They said they will change if it’s 7 days but I can bring my towel to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. I understand maybe because of Covid a lot of things change. But other then that everything was good. I will definitely come back to stay.

The room was great! Large room with a well stocked kitchenette with plates, silverware and cooking utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, full refrigerator. Bed and pillows were really comfy! Nice staff too. Very nice overall!

Nothing that we didn’t like

The home away from home atmosphere. Very nice with comfortable beds. Drove a long way to be with my sister for her surgery. We needed a nice place to just rest. This hotel was just what we needed. Thank you!

The rooms were clean, nice kitchenette and great location to the venue for a concert. 1 day visit so we didn't get to use any amenities, but it's nice that there were options. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean facility. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Great hot tub. Pool table was fun. Liked being away from the expressways and major highways so it was much quieter than most but just a few minutes to 70 or 435.

Pool table was almost due for new felt.
