I'm very particular about hotels and read ALOT of reviews before staying somewhere, as I'm very OCD about cleanliness. This hotel had good and bad reviews, but more good than bad and was close to arrowhead stadium, which was a plus since we were there for the Chiefs game. I was very impressed with how clean the hotel and especially our room was. The girl at the front desk was super nice and very helpful, check in was quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again!!

The tv didn’t have good service it sometimes froze and went static a lot. Also the hot breakfast was good but the pancake maker had issues every morning and was not refilled

We didn't try the breakfast this time. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I especially liked having the magnifying makeup mirror with the very large counter in the bathroom. We will be back.

Checks all the boxes. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location. Staff upgraded our room as we are Hilton members. Breakfast had something for everyone. This is my second stay and will be returning.

Elevators were a bit small. Hard to fit more than 2 people with luggage.

Emerson and Brenda were very helpful, kind and overall amazing! The hotel was clean, the room was clean, beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with tons of options.

There was honestly nothing I didn't like.

The staff was excellent!! They had a sense of humor that was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable, and it looked to be a newer hotel.

I miss the days of full service housekeeping. We came back to our room and was so surprised that only towels were replaced. The beds were unmade and nothing had been cleaned in the bathroom. We generally like to leave a tip, but not this time.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Pool wasn't heated. Sink had very little water pressure.

Handicapped accessible bathrooms, needs more safety at the toilet in the room. The rail was too far away for my daughter to reach. Had to use the small towel around the rail and she was able to hold that. To keep from falling over.

I didn’t know about the Rewards program. we rented our room from Wednesday through Saturday and we didn’t have maid services our entire stay. at checking the lady said, since you went through a third party to rent your room we have to charge you a 25.00 fee for incidentals, then we will give it back to you only if there are no charges to your room.

How clean it was. The staff was friendly.

The pool was small and the smell of chlorine was extremely strong. The kids playing with the elevators.
