Location, it was clean, staff was really nice. I loved that even tho we booked a pet friendly room (we traveled with our 2 German shepherds) the room was super clean and didn't smell like animals. The rooms had tile floor instead of carpet which was smart as far as helping to make sure it stayed clean and not smell from guest to guest.

My only dislike was that the pool was pretty cold. The guy working breakfast did a great job keeping it stocked. However the milk was spoiled & the waffle mix just tasted off. I look forward to hotel waffles, but these tasted terrible.

We liked the location of this motel, we felt safe and it was close to all the stores and sights we were interested in. The breakfast was better than most. Including: fruit, yogurt, waffles, biscuits and gravy, milk, juice, coffee, cold cereal, hot cereal packets. I would absolutely recommend this motel and will choose it again.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. They get a 5 star in my book.

I really liked how well we were treated checking in and out. The size of the room was amazing and it was a very comfortable feeling there.

I didn’t like that they had construction going on outside on late at night. I do understand that it needs to get done and it could have just been the construction peoples fault for that as well.

The breakfast was terrific. There was a large selection of breakfast items, including hot and cold items. The customer service was excellent. The pool was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location was off the beaten path, but near the interstate and other highways.

We stayed a few days. The maid service was limited. Several items were not restocked daily.

The staff was great in spite of check in with 'Casey'.

The advertising on booking.com for this hotel needs updating. If a person is not usually a front staff check in person do not make them have to work it. The bathroom sink leaked and could have been cleaner, i.e. corners of bathtub and random hair here and there. Overall I'd book again. It was a cool stay.

It was clean! Even inside of the drawer were clean. A microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker was in our room, which some places don't provide. The staff was very friendly.

The vent fan in the bathroom is loud! The fan comes on with the light automatically.

Clean rooms. nice breakfast . the staff was very nice . close to alot of restaurants and shopping places .

one thing I didn't like was the parking . it was pretty crowded if you got back late at night not many parking . which I understand because it was the weekend . Really couldn't be helped

Check in was great. It was nice to have carts to get all our stuff inside. We had our dog with us so it was great to be out he ground floor. Everything was clean.

The hair dryer was dead - not a huge deal, but kind of annoying. When we got into our room, it was 77 degrees! I was able to adjust the temp and it was fine after an hour or so. The shower pressure was pretty low, but we made it work.

Location was good. Easy to get right back on the highway and get to where we were going. I was not able to attend breakfast due to waking up nauseous, but my husband said it was good and had a nice assortment to choose from. The room was very clean and met all our needs. It was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Seriously I wanted to snag one of the pillows, it was squishy just the way I like it. Check in and out was a breeze, I used booking.com We spent very little time at the hotel, basically just to change clothes before our event (AFC Chiefs Championship game - GO CHIEFS) and to sleep. It was easy peasy getting to Arrowhead Stadium which was a plus. Overall, it was a great stay.

Our toilet would not flush properly. Not good for someone sick to their stomach and looking into a not so fresh toilet. Blah! I like it dark & quiet when trying to sleep, I didn't have a problem with noise at all, but the parking lot lights shown through the blinds. Been nice to have better blinds to block out the lights better. Definitely not deal breakers and I would stay at this hotel again.

Room was handicapped accessible for my 86 year old mother.

Flooring in room had lip on floor between tile and laminate flooring. My mother’s walker caught on this several times. Thank goodness she did not fall. Also didn’t use pool but wouldn’t have if up to it. Could see mold around pool as we walked pass windows to pool.
