It was a spacious room that was relatively clean except for the bathroom sink that had fallen off of the bowl under counter mounting allowing mold to grow in between the counter top and the bowl of the sink.

I am a lite sleeper and the room was so noisy from the hi-way that I couldn’t get myself to go to sleep. This was the loudest road noise I have ever experienced. I did check the windows to make sure that they shut properly. The noise was very noticeable and loud all night long. Poor insulation for sound proofing was not good!

The location very near to World of fun. Good healthy breakfast. Good dinning area. we are on 3rd floor and have a great view of world of funs.

It's far from the city as all other attraction are in the city, so you have to drive 35 min to reach there.

Everything except the air conditioner.

The air conditioner in 317 was extremely loud. Every time it kicked on, it would wake you up. We finally had to turn it off so we could sleep.

It was a nice hotel, big rooms, close proximity to location i was going.

The price was a little high but overall great stay

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious.

I would of like to have gotten the room for less.

Floors in hallways had soft spots Elevator was located at the far end of where the room was

The prices have gone up considerably. 2 months ago I booked a room at the same facility for $90 now it's $120.

Clean and comfortable

At first they put us on the top 3 third floor, where they were getting ready to remodel, boxes and a bunch of stuff in the hallways, but when I mentioned I wasn't happy with it bcuz my son has a baby and hard to get to the room, she thankfully moved my room to the first floor with 2 beds for the same price, so I was happy in the end😌

The location was perfect. It was less than 20 min drive to pretty much everything in Kansas City. The room was perfect. The bed very comfortable. Loads of hot water. Big screen TV. Heated pool. Fantastic breakfast. The staff was awesome.

Nothing.

Location was excellent, Beds were comfy, clean room, wasn't noisy. Good Breakfast. Oceans of Fun/Worlds of fun was about a 2 minute drive. QT right around the corner along with several fast food restaurants. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

A couple acces doors were not working so had to walk around the building to get in.
