The breakfast was good!!! My children didn't like the milk I'm not sure what was wrong I didn't taste it but they said it tasted funny. But my coffee was really good with my waffle.... If they had muffins that would have made my day😁

The handle to the shower was broken 😞 and it was really hard to turn off the water. I was offered another room but I was leaving the next day... So I didn't make a big deal out of it....

My bathroom sink was a little clogged and the toilet didn't flush well. Had to have staff take a look and fix them. The problem was still with the toilet after it was fixed. However, the guy came to the room quickly and was professional.

Hot tub under construction, bed was very tall and my mother had a hard time getting in it, no towels available at pool

Hallways were really hot, not sure what was going on. They also have shipping containers taking up space in the parking so parking can get dicey later at night.

Location was great for where we were going. Bed and room were clean. Breakfast was good. Located near a variety of good restaurants.

The television didn't really face the bed or the couch. I like to watch tv while I go to sleep. I could turn it some, but watched at about a 45 degree angle.

The location was real good. Close to interstate with other quality hotels & restaurants. The room suite was what expected and appeared pretty clean. Good and comfortable bed. Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner storage container nearly fell off the wall while I was taking my shower.

The continental breakfast wasn't the best. At 8:00 AM there wasn't a good selection left from earlier breakfast eaters. Coffee was empty as well as several food containers never had food. There wasn't a complete selection of food to start a new day. Selection not sufficient for a quality hotel.

The breakfast was good. My kids didn't like the milk to much I'm not sure what was wrong with the milk but everything was good to me!!!

I couldn't get the shower off something was wrong with the handle.

We are traveling across country. I also had to take a state exam on-line. The room was perfect for a good night sleep, a place to do work and I passed my exam. Five gold stars!!!

The fact that booking.com didn’t forward our reservation. Fortunately they had a room for us and the cost was less than booking.com quoted.

We love the beds, and how roomie our suite was. It was perfect size for 2adults and 3 kids

We had grout coming up in the main bathroom, the closest in the guest room was broken, and our sink was clogged.
