EVERYONE WAS GREAT! MICHAEL EXCEPTIONAL IF HE IS NOT A MGR HE SHOULD BE .HE IS A PEOPLE PERSON HE GOES OUT OFHIS WAY TO MAKE EVERYTHING GREAT GREAT KID WHO DESERVES TO GO FAR IN THE COMPANY HE CARES ITS HARD TO FIND THAT NOW DAYS! IT WAS A NICE GETAWAY . THIS PLACE NEEDS SERIOUS UPDATES WE STAYED ON 3 THE FLOORS ARE OFF BALANCE THE ELEVATOR OMG SO HOT AND MIGHT NEED A REPLACEMENT. I FEAR ANYONE GETTING STUCK ON THERE. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD

Elevator and floors I have spinal stenosis almost tripped twice on 3 unlevel

Pleasant staff. Great breakfast great location for quiet atmosphere

All rooms would benefit from someone inspecting faucets, shower heads, tub plugs, shades and pillows. Rooms that I’ve stayed in, over the last 2 years, all had some type of minor issue. Blinds wouldn’t work properly. Pillows were lumpy. Tub plug was broken. This hotel just needs some updates

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We had a 1st floor room and the people above us sounded like they were training for a running marathon or a basketball game all day and night. We asked the staff both nights if there was anything that can be done (we understand its a hotel, but it was rattling our walls so we asked) they said that they would absolutely go up and ask them to stop since it was in the hotels quite hours. They didn't have to do that....they could of told us just deal with it, but they didn't they were very polite and understanding in our situation. The room was clean and very well stocked with anything we needed.

The hospitality of the staff. They all fell in love with my service dog, Lucy. The waffles, cereal choice, milk and different juices. The workout center with the workout bike. The facility supplied yoga mats to do my floor workouts. The different coffee choices from the coffee machine

The breakfast wasn't the best. The scrambled eggs and sausage gravy just tasted weird.

Clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast was good. Loved the coffee bar. Room was right next to a doggy patio with provided trash cans and plastic bags. Staff was nice and accommodating. Down the street from the sheriff’s station.

When I got into the room, which was ground level, my window was unlocked, no screen or additional security measures. My biggest complain was that they didn’t have real pillows. The pillows on the bed were shaped more like throw pillows, very overstuffed. I wouldn’t have minded if they also had a mix of regular pillows.

Breakfast was good. Had everything you would need to start your day. Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Nice area not too far from the zoo and things we were looking to do. Overall good experience!

The heater was out on the pool so it was way too cold to get in. That was a disappointment especially since that was one main thing I called to make sure they had a pool. I would definitely ask specifically if it is working before booking if it’s important to you.

I liked the breakfast cleaningness and most of the staff was very nice

The entire hallway on the 2nd floor smelled like weed and the room smelled slightly like cigarette smoke.The weed smell was so strong it came in our room.I went downstairs and the guy at the desk just said..thats ridiculous,I hope they find out who did this and charge them the fee..But didn't bother to see about the issue.Breakfast things ran out and we had to ask for them to restock

The hotel was lovely - good location, spacious room, comfortable bed. When we realized after checking out that we had forgotten our garment bag, the desk clerk accompanied us back to the room so we could retrieve it. He was very accommodating and polite.

We dropped something that rolled under the loveseat. When my husband looked for it, he found a groady flip-flop under the furniture. Gross!

Great room, one of the best hotels of my travels. Awesome breakfast. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Great restaurant across the parking lot.

The A/C outlet plugs are old and worn out. Most all of them didn't work, at all. The couple that did were loose and caused the lights to flicker. This could be a fire hazard in addition to just not working.

Staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. The room was great, clean and beds were comfortable. Loved having a fun and pool in the facility. Next door there is a very nice restaurant with a wide variety of things to choose from. Great prices!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
