The staff was friendly. My room was very clean and up to par for my liking and I can be picky sometimes. The location was in a weird spot and there seems to be some people living in cars out back of the hotel. But otherwise the facility was clean and for the price I would say it's overall would be worth it. There's definitely a lot less traffic going on where it's located so that was a plus. It wasn't right in the middle of everything but still conveniently right down the street from some restaurants, a grocery store, and gas stations. I have stayed here twice now.

The parking lot needs resurfaced, the pool walls need redone and painted. The chlorine has deteriorated the walls a little. Mostly cosmetic stuff.

The location was easy to find. Very glad elevator works.

The key cards would deprogram nearly every day which made it unpredictable when we could get into the room.

Room was absolutely well taken care of and near. Overall stay of the hotel was excellent and was happy with the stay. Ran very well and had no real problems with the stay. It was a nice quiet room with comfortable beds.

The breakfast was cold on both days. The front desk staff was never present when I came in to check in and needed to talk to them. Had to ring the bell several times at night. During the stay the front desk was never present

This is a hidden gem for value for your dollar, comfortable, nice fluffy bedding and beds. Staff very helpful and nice. The location is off the main areas of the city and all amenities nearby for snacks, dining out, etc. Is it the Ritz no but come on for this category of motel stays this is a great option for anyone.

The key fob was a little sensitive but they helped me out.

Friendly staff, location

Room in need of maintenance. curtains and sheers had very dark spots and "wipes" looked like either dried blood, ketchup or feces. Bed had whitish drip looking stains on side of bed on the side covering of the bed, not the linens. Red stains on wall under sink.

Great standard accommodation. Nothing too fancy about this place, but it was clean, easy to get to, easy parking, and inexpensive. Not a lot of extras here, but sometimes you don't want/need that.

Air conditioner in 105 was not working very well.

Everyone on staff was super friendly. The room went way above my expectations as a physically challenged person. And the breakfast was 5* quality. This will be our hotel of choice EVERY TINE we stay in KC, MO

I really like having the quick and easy access to the highway and stores. Also the clean and comfortable room we stayed in, with easy access to coming in and out.

Some of the loud noise at different times was a little disturbing, but it didn't last very long.
