The staff is superb— all were helpful, efficient, pleasant and courteous. We had to extend our stay and they worked with us to ensure we’d not have to change hotels. The breakfast was wonderful and the dining area was decorated very patriotically for Independence Day. With a variety of breakfast choices, and with staff checking on guests periodically to see their needs were fulfilled was a wonderful way to start the day. I’ve stayed at all types and sizes of hotels across the country over the last 30 years, and this facility easily ranks in the top 5 due to their attention to their guests, the well maintained facility and well trained staff. Highly recommend.

Chirping birds outside our window; although upon the fifth day of our extended stay, when we informed staff of the ‘bird’ issue they assured us they’d investigate and work to resolve.

Comfortable Beds! Clean! Ann at the front desk was so sweet! We needed to check in at midnight and she was waiting for us with a smile and a goodie bag with water. It really made us feel welcomed and was such a pleasant surprise.Breakfast was good and they had breakfast bags of you need to take your breakfast to go. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious room and nice breakfast.

Ground floor room (which is what we ask for) was noisy. I think there was a horse in the room above us. Footfalls were loud and obvious which my dog barking at the thunder coming from above.

The room and bathroom were very clean and did not smell. The pool area was also super clean and well kept.

The first night our room was really quiet. The second night I could hear a dog barking and the people above were super loud, but it all stopped after 9:30 pm so it ended up being fine. The hot tub could have been a little bigger too.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Great location - easy access to everything we needed.

The location off of I-70 was perfect; plus, the hotel was tucked away beautifully! The breakfast was delicious. There was a variety of food to choose from. I loved the indoor pool. It was very clean and private as no one was using it when I was there.

There is nothing that we did not like.

Everything was outstanding! The staff was kind and attentive and the facilities were extremely well maintained. It was an unexpected situation and the staff was understanding as well as accommodating the entire time.

Kirstyn greeted us at the front desk, she was amazing. She was very helpful for our multitude of questions and recommendations. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast choices were awesome, plenty of choices the staff in that area were very friendly as well.

This hotel is under new management and it shows. Very clean, price is inline with the other hotels in the area and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.

the room we were put in #112 was in a terrible location. It was right next to the front desk and also the back door so we heard noise all the time. had to ask the front desk person to shut the music off so we could try to sleep.
