The room is larger than most hotel rooms. Some of the staff have been the same each time we have stayed at the hotel & they are very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Loved the red velvet waffles. The breakfast area is usually always clean. Liked that there is a pool for the kids. This last time the pool temperature was a bit to cold but they did get in the hot tube for a few moments & enjoyed their time in there.

I don't think the room had been cleaned well this time. I spoke with the cleaning manager who happened to be on the floor outside our room & I told her there were towels hung up behind the bathroom door that had been used & were still left there. So it makes you wonder if the room really was cleaned. She got us new towels & said yes they had a new person on the floor that day & yes they would address this better in training. We had not experienced this before. This was our 3 or 4th time staying at this location.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the location was great! The king room was large and was very nice. We were very comfortable and could not hear anything from the outside like many hotels. Also, LOVED the fan in the bathroom! There are not many hotels with fans in the bathroom!

Personally, the bed was really soft, some like that, but for me, I prefer a firmer bed. My daughter quite enjoyed it though. We also found our room to be open when we first arrived, as well as cleaning supplies in the room. They weren't in the way, but we did inform the front desk in the morning.

The breakfast was the best I’ve had in long time they even had fried eggs!.! Omg the biscuits and gravy was fabulous also! Did I mention the fresh lemon water on deck when I seen that fresh LEMON water; I knew I was in good hands w Allstate baby frfr!.! The bed put u to sleep immediately it was soo comfy and last but not least I loved the location quiet safe location. My family loved it and we will be returning soon hopefully the pool and hot tub is working then

The location had me question the hotel. it was tucked away behind a run down restaurant. When we got to our room, it was a pleasant surprise! the room smelled clean as soon as we walked in. it was spacious with a nice bed and a couch with a pull out sofa. The pool was not working at the time, but we weren’t planning on using this amenity. the price was great for the room! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and use it again in the future.

just the location, which had more to do with the businesses around it.

Breakfast was really good, had shot of choices. Room was huge & clean! And first hotel ive stayed in where you could the windows & get fresh air. Staff were really nice too.

The shower water didn't stay warm very long. So two people couldn't shower back to back.

Liked being able to hang out with our group in the breakfast room at night and watch sports on tv. Also liked having our queen suites in the first floor.

The ice machine was broken on the first floor and we had to travel to the 2nd floor everyday to fill water jugs for our softball team

The room was nicer than expected, clean and rather big. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was actually pretty great too. The coffee left much to be desired, but the food was hot and tasty.

The elevators had a constant whir that sounded a bit unsettling, but got the job done. The surprising thing that we had issue with was the softness of the beds. They were too soft, if that's a thing. 2 nights of tossing and turning. Soft mattress with a soft topper, with a marshmallow fluffy blanket, and squishy pillows. It sounds lovely..but it just sucks you in and makes it hard to actually get comfortable. Just personal opinion.

Very fresh and clean with plenty of room to spread out. Location was near restaurants.

I was somewhat concerned about not being able to keep an eye on my vehicle in the parking lot from the window in my room. I first went to the hotel next door to it because it was closer to the road and easy to see their sign which also said “comfort” in the name of it.

The general manager, Phyllis, was superb. I had a problem with the hot water and she couldn't have handled it any better. The woman deserves a promotion.... at the very least, a raise.

I liked everything about our stay. The full size bathroom. The large room with space to breathe. The couch. The location. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. We just completed a 4 night stay in another city, with a less than lovely room. I wish we could have had this room in that city.

I can't think of anything that I didn't appreciate!
