It was a nice location. Was close to where we needed to be and go.

The hotel keys never worked while we stayed. Yes, we were aware that the keys where not to be put around phones, in wallets, other credit cards, or around anything that would deactivate them. But somehow the keys got deactivated. Was told the above and I responded that we already knew this, but continued to still have problems. I honestly don't know what else to say about this problem because yes I do work for a hotel chain cleaning rooms and yes I know the keys do this but I also know that sometimes the door key pad needs batteries, charged, or reset depending on the system used and what hotel.

They were very attentive anything needed they helped ! The breakfast was awesome the place was pretty clean! And great area..

There was only one thing that I Seen was dirty that was the 2 green chairs in the lobby witch are in the breakfast area other then that it was nice and in a really good area ! There's also a hole in the driveway that's just cosmetic..

The breakfast was far better than I expected, and fresh food was added as needed. It sounds funny to say, but the dining area almost took on a family restaurant atmosphere.

My husband has circulation issues, and could have used an extra blanket during the night. We didn't ask for one, so no one refused to help.

The manager was super friendly!! The property was close to food and not far from the stadium. Beds were comfortable.

We were put in a pet friendly room though we didn’t have pets. The pet smell was very overwhelming. It definitely needs deep cleaned and deodorized. It smelled strong of dog and cat urine.

Hotel was clean, staff was attentive and friendly. Our bed was super comfy and our room was clean. Breakfast was very good. The first thing I noticed is how clean the hotel smelled. No musty orders. Close to restaurants and shopping. I would greatly recommend it. We are definitely coming back.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the indoor pool wasn't heated.

Everything was great! The staff was by far the best locally as were the facilities. Even while some things are being worked on and remodeled, it's still a much nicer, cleaner facility than most in the metro. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Room on 1st floor and near the front. Easy access. The bed is SO comfortable. AC worked well. Slept like a baby.

There is either no exhaust fan in bathroom or it doesn't work. Addressed this with an employee before we checked out.

The location was perfect since the bowling tournament was just 3/4 mile away. Lots of places to eat nearby. Good breakfast options.

Lots of noise from kids running up and down the halls late at night. The accent from the front desk woman was very thick and hard to understand. When I went to book the room rate jumped up $30 dollars.

The hotel was really nice and very clean facility the front desk people were very nice and friendly we really enjoyed this hotel great breakfast very delicious

The hotel was suitable for us because of the location and the price. The room was clean and had everything what we needed. The staff is friendly and respectful.
