Clean lobby, halls and room. Breakfast was good, dining room clean and neat.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and easy to see they take pride in making the place really stand out among the other lodging options in Lee's Summit! Love the pool. Rooms large and clean and many channels to surf, giving more options to watch a decent show late at night. Breakfast a plus. Housekeeping was a late 20's beautiful Spanish girl. Very sweet and great at her job. Impressed with this place, especially after many disappointing stays in several other Lee's Summit hotels in the past. I have found a perfect spot for all my future visits.

Wish the pool was open later than 10 but most hotels close around that time. However, would be nice to swim after a long day spent with friends and family when visiting my hometown from Denver.

I requested a handicap room. And almost didn't get it. But another quest was willing to trade with me. I like that the lady at the desk made an effort to accommodate me.

The lighting in the bathroom was very dark and the water in the tube did not drain very good. Really don't like standing in standing water while showing. The handles at the end of the beds that keep the mattress from sliding off, were lose and one was almost off. The hand bars in the bathroom was rusty looked gross. No ice machine on the 1st floor. Needed a higher bar to hang my long dress on. Didn't like it dragging on the floor. Counter was small in the bathroom.

Clean comfortable room with white linen soft pillows...very quite for relax and rest Diverse delicious breakfast with clean comfortable dining area. Nice and friendly staff. All the amenities that I love. Refrigerator microwave wifi, swimming pool, laundry.Love love love the area. This hotel Wins on all levels of comfort.

Being close to Mom's room was requested and fulfilled. The room was comfortable and well enough appointed for this price point.

Room for improvement. The rooms were a little dark. The windows a little dingy. While the pool is lovely, the room it's in needs a bit of maintenance, i.e. crumbling base boards, cleaner windows.

Very nice, the whole hotel was so clean and smelled good.

Not enough parking out front. My room was on front side but out of 6 spaces only 1 could be available. But the desk clerk told me I could park in a choice spot. I am a choice member but I booked three booking. Com. All the other spots were handicap.

They changed my reservation date when I mistakenly booked the wrong date. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Room was quiet. Great location.

Only 1 tissue in the box of tissues. The shower did not have hardly any water pressure. Dresser was leveled by someone putting coffee cup pieces under the legs.

Bathroom was pretty small. They do not accept debit cards. I don’t have credit cards. Had I not had $100 cash, I would have been out of luck. The $100 was a required deposit, refunded at checkout.

The desk clerk, Mike, was very helpful. He helped me bring our DoorDash order to the room, and found us an extra cover for my partner, who is always cold. The room was clean and comfortable. My partner had procedure at the hospital early yesterday morning, so being able to stay overnight, rather than try to make the drive so early in the morning, was a godsend.

There wasn't anything I really didn't like. I wish we had a room a little closer to the lobby for my partner, who has difficulty walking, but I understood there weren't a lot of rooms available when I booked our stay. And the wheelchair ramp outside was kind of far away from the front door. It was a struggle to get my partner into the building, and then walk to the room. He just got a wheelchair yesterday after we got home, so if we stay there again, transporting him to the room is going to be a lot easier.

Great value for the price. The facilities are clean, bed is comfortable, indoor swimming pool, breakfast provided, plus much, much more. I would definitely stay here again.
