Bed was very comfortable. My husband was very tired and slept very well. Plenty of hot water quick in shower. Staff was very kind. Tv worked well. Room was large and comfortable.

Had just redone parking lot so we had to walk from neighboring property, and bring our luggage, was an inconvenience but will be better for everone later on. Didn't know if had wifi.

Check-in was easy. The King room was recently repainted and rewired, including cell phone chargers. Lobby, halls, pool area, and dining area were all very clean, with no odors of any kind. Staff were cheerful and said good morning. The breakfast provided several options, including fresh fruit and make-your-own waffles, in addition to the typical 'more than continental breakfast' offered at other lodgings in this price range.

Only suggestion is for housekeeping to have sufficient time to clean the corners in the bathroom more thoroughly.

The location..the pool...vending machines..roomy and spacious rooms Restaurant across the parking lot. Quite and pleasant.🥰

No lamps in room Was not informed prior. If you book room online..charged for the room and then time of arrival charged again at front desk..authorization submitted..and the double charge wont be released back into your account for 3 - 5 business days.

The bed was very comfortable. Location was great for where we were going. Helpful staff.

Poor lighting. We didn’t like that the cable tv didn’t have the program guide to check what was on each channel. The breakfast should be open later into the morning on the weekends.

The location and quiet area. Convenient to Lee's Summit. Hospitality was good excellent. Very friendly staff!

Pillows could use an upgrade. A/c unit is on its last leg. Pretty loud but still worked.

The pool seems to be permanently closed

It was clean, the tub had a non slippery mat on and clean top, the towels and linen were clean , the TV worked and had cable, fluffy pillows !!! Air Conditioner worked great.

The smell in the room when you firstt walk in , a bit musty. No freezer in mini fridge.

We were able to check in later.

Beds were hard. No one at front desk. I had to check in with someone on a screen. Not much variety for breakfast.

The person at the desk when I was checking out was on his cell phone and didn't stop talking to check me out
