We booked 2 rooms hot our family of 6 because that was all booking.com had available. But when we arrived they upgraded us to a room to fit 6 for the price of one room, so we saved money. A big bonus. Furthermore this room had a separate bedroom from the family room! We've stayed in 7 hotels during this Roadtrip and none had that (or not for a much higher price). Thoroughly impressed with that. The room was comfy. The breakfast was very nice with fresh/hot selections. Free parking with which, considering the location, is a bonus. Cozy queen beds

The pool wasn't working. We've stayed in 7 hotels during our Roadtrip, all with pools. This was the only one without a working pool, a great disappointment to our kids. Slightly dated fixtures in the room but not dirty or grimy or anything. Totally suitable and lovely.

So close to Arrowhead, 15 mins walk to get to my gate through the parking lot. Parking was included as well. Those are both great pre game, but the property cones into it’s own post game. I checked and Uber’s were $100 plus an hour wait to downtown. I was back in my room, with a hot Mexican meal watching highlights within 30 mins of leaving the stadium. Room had coffee and microwave and a comfy chair plus loads of NFL on TV.

Breakfast was so so. Price is high (but offset on other costs being saved, plus room could have slept 4 which would bring down price per person in groups). Bathroom was small and shower a bit dodgy, water was hot though. Nothing too bad though.

I wasn't sure what to expect at Hotel Lotus based on the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the staff was super friendly and helpful(love the sign about dogs at the front desk!). It's a basic hotel, next to the stadium...so that's likely why you are also there. It served its purpose just great - it's not a 5* hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and convenient. We didn't get to breakfast, but apparently it's really good. I wish there was more around the stadium, but the neighborhood was totally fine - we were able to walk to a local sports bar.

We had no issues during our stay!

Right off the highway and right across the freeway to the stadium. Place was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was better than expected, they had extra little touches that you don’t generally find, several flavored creamers for your coffee and strawberry cream cheese for you bagel. Environmentally responsible wood flatware that was super sturdy- far better than the normal plastic flimsy stuff you generally find at similar hotels.

A little older, maybe slightly dated could use a little refresh. Feels slightly worn but still very comfortable and not bad at all

The hotel is across the freeway from the stadiums. It’s a 1 mile walk to Arrowhead stadium. The reason we stayed there was because of this and that we could leave on car and not have to pay the $50 parking fee. The hotel parking is on the back side of the property. The front side has a small parking area that people also use to park. If you get there early, you can park there for free. This parking area is evidently for the old restaurant that is no longer there. It’s gone. Demolished and fenced off. This was another reason we stayed there. I thought there would be decent food. The hotel offers a nice breakfast. I had a waffle and the coffee was good. Overall, I would stay there again.

Powdered eggs. I don’t like powdered eggs.

This is/was a great experience. I live in the city so I know how a lot of these hotels put lipstick on a pig 🐖. Not this one. The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are actually clean, the staff is great and not to mention..... The variety for the free breakfast is unbelievable!!. 1 other perk is both Stadiums are right across the street so you can hear all the action!! I would definitely refer this hotel.

I didn't like the expensive pet fee $50 per pet. We have 2 miniature poodles that are trained. The good thing is it's for as long as you stay.

The room, and everywhere in the hotel, was very clean! The front desk staff was helpful, enabling me to pay with a different credit card than I had booked with.

The gym was a bit stuffy, in fact it was the warmest room in the hotel! So I did my stretching exercises outside in the hallway, lol. The breakfast selection was good, but would taste better served on real plates and bowls, with real cutlery, instead of plastic...

Close to Kauffman and Arrowhead - easy walking distance of about 10-15 mins, nice warm breakfast, clean and comfy beds, 4 pillows on each bed (we booked a double queen so we had 8 pillows), pool was okay.

MINOR dislikes: No separate temperature control in the room, bathroom door didn’t have a lock, no bathroom/shower fan, you have to request room service the day before, some gnats in the room and breakfast area, no vending machines - but you CAN buy a regular sized candy bar at the front desk for $3.00 ?!, waffles at breakfast were flavored but there was no label as to what they were, “security guard” was only seen talking to the front desk as we checked in and then a few hours later while eating dinner and then they left all their trash for someone else to clean up ???, no ability to leave room tip using credit card at check out - we had to find an ATM across the street and pay a fee then leave it at the front desk.

The rooms were very clean, mattresses comfortable and plenty of hot water. The pool was very well maintained. Plenty of guards checking the parking lot so we felt safe not having our eyes on the car.

We have no complaints. There was a little remodeling during our visit but it really wasn't too bad and they only worked during the day when most folks aren't in their rooms. Remodeling means even better rooms eventually.

Location was perfect for my needs. Easy access in and out. Bed was comfortable for me.

The other bed was too hard for my daughter. The selection of pillows was ok, but I needed a little more selection as they were too firm. The vacant parking lot freaked me out for a little bit. I almost didn't stay. I was given a key upon check-in to a room that was not clean. The extra walking for me was a bit hard. She did change me to a clean room once I was able to tell her.
