it fulfilled the need for a one night stay

All the reviews left noted that the breakfast was extremely good value and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Breakfast turned out to be was very disappointing based on the reviews and the cost for the night stay. .Basically, cereal, yoghurts muffins and bagels with a waffle maker. All pre packaged. Other than the waffle there was nothing hot served. Location wasn’t bad but the hotel was a little hidden and not easy to find. Water was not very hot for the morning shower.

Staff was very helpful and kind! Pretty clean room. Although I found some issues my stay was comfortable. Bed was clean and very comfortable for me. The vaulted ceilings gave the room a bigger feeling. I liked the window seat, what a great use of space. Liked the breakfast.

Although it's a fairly new hotel there were some maintenance issues. Window leaking in one room. Electric on the wall with television was not working in the 2nd room I was given. Although rooms were fairly clean the TV remotes had buildup on them. I like that they allow pets however an additional amount of cleaning should be done as the first room the window had smears as if a dog had their nose on it. There was dog hair on the couch in the second room I was given.

It was a nice clean facility in a great location

I reserved a handicap room but never did get one it took me 3 tries to get a room that I was wanted It still was not handicapped Water pressure dropped 75% while taking my shower. They said a plumber had been called already. The hotel manager called me Monday after my stay to discuss the issues I had with my stay. The problem with getting the right room has something to do with how they get the order from booking.com. We decided next to call the hotel after I make my reservation (wait 30 min.) to verify all my needs. So I have raised my rating for this hotel after talking to the manager.

Facility is new and carpets, furniture, not worn down. Room was clean and clean towels, if requested, were provided for the second day. The lighting was very good in the room, with an overhead light as well as additional reading lights and one that could serve as a night light.

Breakfast was rather limited, but on par with a budget motel. The smell of chlorination of the swimming pool caused part of the family to request a room switch.

First time staying at a Microtel. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean hotel at a modest price point(by today’s standards) we would highly recommend this hotel in Liberty Mo.

The only thing we didn’t like was there was no covered loading area at entrance to the hotel. And, it was raining hard at our time of check out so got pretty wet loading our car in the open air parking lot.

The staff was friendly. Parking in front of building by entrance. You walk in straight to elevator to room. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. There were plenty of clean towels. There were 8 convenient recharging outlets. There was a nice big tv on the wall. It is located near historic Liberty and a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. great location.

The breakfast options, which were making a waffle, little boxes of cereal, bagel or small packaged muffin or honey bun.

spacious room with Microwave and mini refrigerator! The Waffles 😋 for breakfast and the natural waterfall outside 🙃 the north side of the building. The walking path and landscape of flowers 🌺 !! Location was great too, close to a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Needed small table and chairs in room. There was 3 of us. And we wanted to play Canasta and Poker. I wanted to go to the Lobby as there were comfortable chairs and tables. But my travel companions wanted to stay in the room. 🫤. so we made it work just wasn’t comfortable

Polite and accomodating staff. Grand hall,check in area beautifully and functionally arranged. Breakfast options were great and the seating area nice. My mom was early riser and spent time in the foyer watching tv, using computerSo about an hour before scheduled time- staff made some breakfast items available to her. Pool and workout areas were very nice. Location was great! Nestled back from the main hwy. and close to EVERYTHING. The online pics were acurately depicted.

Google locator needs updated to new location. Hidden gem, worth the find!

The room was nicely laid out with plenty of storage. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Cleanliness gets an A+. They offered a nice variety of items for breakfast. Coffee was good and fresh. The staff was helpful, courteous and efficient.

The rooms were very nice and the entire building was very clean. Appreciated this a lot.

The breakfast was pitiful. We didn't bother going down there after the first morning. The snack bar was even worse. There was practically nothing to choose from.
