The location was great for what we needed, there were all the shops we needed dotted around the area and it was pretty easy to get to from Kansas City Airport. The room was nice and comfortable and i'd happily stay again.

Nothing that i can think off? It's Hampton Inn, you kind of know what you're getting.

The room was very clean and the air conditioner also worked very well. A lot of time when we stay at hotels, the room is warm and the air doesn't work well. Breakfast had lots of options. The area was kept clean, and the staff was pleasant. Check in was easy and I found the front desk to be very polite. Over all I will stay here again.

Staff were super nice and helpful. The handicap access was ACTUALLY Accessible. My adult son in a wheelchair was able to move about the room freely and was able to pull his chair right up to the bed for transfers, this makes getting in and out of bed soooo much safer and easier for him. Many places that claim accessibility barely have enough space to get the chair in the room. We loved the Hampton and will stay again in the future!!

Have stayed in many states in many hotels. This was one of the best. The entire facility was spotless yet very comfortable. The desk clerk was very personable. Made us feel comfortable immediately. Chose to stay in Liberty instead of close to airport. Best decision ever.

The only thing we didn't like were the small pillows. Half the size of standard size pillows. Probably could have requested different ones, but we did not. Everything else was perfect.

The staff was exceptional. We had never stayed in Liberty before so wanted to know about restaurants nearby and the staff was awesome with information for the area. The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again on our next trip to Liberty.

Absolutely nothing could have been better. It was comfortable and perfect.

Checkin was flawless. The room was perfect The Elevator worked, a competitors didn't. The eggs were hot. The waffle machine worked, a competitors didn't. The coffee was strong and hot, a competitors wasn't. Stay here you will be happy

Spacious rooms with good lighting. Comfortable bed & pillows. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast as it's better than most places. Within walking distance to a couple restaurants for evening meal. Have stayed here a few times before enroute to AZ.

A little pricey but it is a well kept hotel and in a good location.

All staff members were kind and helpful with greetings, information and kindness.

The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Jewels at the front desk was so friendly and professional. She seemed like she loves her job and cares about the guests. Great first impression of the hotel.
