We had a horrible experience the night before at a different hotel in a room that was supposedly a suite (definitely wasn't) with a broken a/c unit, among several other minor issues. I booked our following night's stay at the Fairfield, going only off of location and knowledge of Fairfield as a trusted hotel brand. I called the Fairfield the morning after our miserable night to see if there was any chance at all our room might be available to check in before noon so that we had a clean COOL spot to land in for the day. I told her about our experience the night before and she said she would see what she could do for us. Not expecting anything at all, she called me less than an hour later and said that our room was ready and we were welcome to check in anytime. When we arrived and checked in she said that she had upgraded our room to a suite at no charge (an actual suite!) and she had been up to make sure it was nice and cool for us.😊 In addition to the extraordinary service we received there, the hotel is a brand new facility and beautiful. Great staff, great room, great breakfast...we could not have been happier with our night at Fairfield. Very much appreciate that Fairfield made right what another hotel chain made wrong!

This is a wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it. It was very clean with a modern aesthetic design. The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds and bedding are comfortable. Our room came with two huge televisions. The shower was amazing. The pool, patio and gym are also very nice. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of options. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. We will definitely be staying again.

There was nothing our family didn't like.

The hotel is very modern and clean. We loved the location. We were very close to most of the attractions we wanted to see. Our room was quaint and comfortable. The hotel was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast options were minimal and housekeeping only came once the entire 4 days we were there.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. We were also pleased with the hotel's facilities, which included a fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. One thing that really stood out to us was the hotel's convenient location. It was just a short drive from downtown Kansas City, which made it easy to explore the city's attractions and restaurants. Overall, we highly recommend Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City North/Gladstone to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Kansas City area. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were great, and the amenities were top-notch. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Not a thing! The room was nice and breakfast was great! We will definitely be staying there again! There wasn’t anything we were unhappy with! I have nothing to complain about! We loved how close the hotel was to the seminary!

The breakfast was very good. It made it easier for us in the morning. I was happy with the bathroom. I had plenty of space for our family. I was also happy to have the room clean when I wanted, and not touched when I wanted. Also the staff was very friendly...that makes a big difference on which place I want to stay.

The only thing I was not happy about was the pool. The pool was very small, great for little children, but not for my older kids. I know that cannot be changed, so I am not complaining.

Clean, nice

The pool sign said closes at 10 but the day front desk person said it closes at 9 and the night desk person said 9:30. We had kids and didn’t get in until 9 and wanted the to have some fun but only had about 20minutes. And when she came to close the pool she was not friendly about it.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel was clean. Room was clean.

There is not enough parking on the property. We, and other guests, had to park up the hill away from the hotel. The parking area was either a public lot or owned by someone other than the hotel. It was okay as we were there on the weekend and the business where we parked was closed. May not be so forgiving during the week.

Clean, nice, good customer service and great breakfast!

Remote did not work entirely. There were issues. I would also replace your carts that you take to and from your room, so clothes can be hung and rolls a lot better. Everything else was great!!

The location and newness of the hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Easy to find and get into the parking lot and out into traffic. Plenty of places to eat within a couple of miles.

Breakfast was minimal with not much selection. Television did not change channels or do anything very fast. Front desk said that the service either needed to be reset or there were too many people using it.

Very clean and quiet! Easy, fast check-in. Good breakfast and even though it was a busy weekend there was always a place to sit.

Parking the 1st night was a little tight due to property being sold out, but we still found a spot. The pool is pretty small. But my kiddo made a friend and they had the pool to themselves so it worked out great
