It was so clean and when we got there, one thing we noticed was the cleanliness and how good it smelled there! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the small continental breakfast was perfect and fresh. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were fresh and very comfortable We would highly recommend this hotel! Great location and close to Worlds of Fun!

The small pillows that seemed rather flat. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.

The staff we interacted with were great! Loved the location - it was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. A fairly quiet location as well.

We had a musty smell in our room that we couldn't seem to get rid of. We just kept the windows open for fresh air. Breakfast options were minimal.

Our smoke detector kept chirping and the staff was kind enough to fix it right away! All of the staff greeted us each time we passed them, felt like a 2nd home because of them!

Out toilet rocked and was not attached to the floor. We let the front desk know. There was not enough breakfast food. There was only one waffle machine and a family was making 8. Cereal is not my favorite but better than nothing. Also having a running dehumidifier in the room didn't help me sleep.

We were very comfortable & felt safe. It met all our needs including being a clean good value. The staff was pleasant. The housekeepers efficient.

The coffee seemed overly strong, and the cranberry juice was quite syrupy.

Booked last minute as I was passing through and just needed a place to sleep before continuing on. Staff was friendly. The room was not fancy, and you could tell there were repairs in progress, but it was clean and served the purpose.

Breakfast was yogurt and a banana. I believe they also had waffles, but that's not my jam.
