I was charged more that the price Booking quoted my by hotel and manage would not refund difference.

Overall breakfast good. Very small cups for juice.

For what we were paying, some maid service would have been appreciated. I know staffing is a problem and we were told that towels and linens would only be replaced every third day (not a problem), but to have NO MAID SERVICE over a two night stay is pretty dismal. The staff was friendly and hard-working but overwhelmed.

Bathroom didn’t look cleaned, couch had dirty on it, tv had a crack and rhe remote barley worked. Bed was like sleeping on a board. Curtains were not attached correctly and let in the sun

Well let's see. There were these long dark hairs all over the bathroom and in the shower. The stand up bar in the shower had a rust streak going down the wall. It would not hurt to take a bleach solution to bottom ledge in the shower to get rid of the red mold that is growing there. Then of course there was the guy who tried to enter my room on Sunday morning but I stopped him. Since he had a key to my door I'll just have to assume he is a hotel employee. It's a little disturbing that they didn't know the room was occupied.

Nothing absolutely nothing

I arrived at the hotel thinking that it was pet friendly as it said on booking.com. The rude young lady at the front desk first of all couldn't find my reservation and secondly informed me that she was going to charge me over $200 for my dog, who is a medical service dog. She then demanded to see his paperwork and wanted details about what service my dog provides for me. When I informed her that that was a HIPAA violation and I did not have to answer her questions she told me that because he was a pet they would have to charge me for my dog. I told her to cancel the reservation and I turned around and walked out. I sincerely hope that booking.com and the hotel chain takes note of this and makes the appropriate changes.
